    5 yr you pay all your dues on time. The app glitch delays your payment. Then they charge you late fees. Upon complaining to customer care, the guy says as a "goodwill gesture we are ready to waive off the charges." Goodwill gesture. For your own app's issue @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I was a customer of airtel postpaid there I uses 5 lines in 999. I m happy there. But vi sales team told us we provided u same plan and better coverage. But in actual they misguided and network is like BSNL. # SCAM IN VI POSTPAID PLAN

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup see in above Tweeter screenshot, in the top of the still it is showing E symbol instead of 4G, as per Vi tweet my complaint expected resolution date is 11 Nov 2021 04:00PM, but Still my internet is not working I m getting E symbol instead 4G
