@ViCustomerCare I recharged Vodafone today (25-09-2021) with Rs 129/- with validity of 28 days. I count 28 days it ends on 22-10-2021, but Vi app is showing validity as 18-10-2021. Vodafone actually gave validity of 24 days only. So these are levels vodafone has stooped down to.

@VodafoneIN I have to recharge a unlimited pack just for sending one sms for porting(MNP). Your customer care person says no other options. I have to recharge unlimited pack for a sim that I want to throw out. Very irritating service

@ViCustomerCare have some shame now. I have opened multiple tickets to have my network issue resolved. I am being called by support executives and is being gauranteed that my network issue will resolve asap. Even my port request is not getting completed. What the hell is this ?

Now a days service of Vi has been very pathetic day by day. Increasing in call drop, very very low internet speed. @ViCustomerCare look into your services and improve it.
