Hello @VodafoneIN what's wrong with your network. When trying to call on @Airtel_Presence call drop issue occuring. Not even able to call on Airtel mobile numbers. Call disconnecting automatically after 1 second.

@ViCustomerCare I visited a Vi Store yesterday for a replacement SIM. Hasn't been activated yet. Have spoken to your customer care team thrice, with no resolution. Harassed and frustrated. Please resolve ASAP, else, moving to Airtel.

@ViCustomerCare Its gonna 24 hours and neither the problem solved nor i have received any call from Vi. Poor service vi. Hence people like Airtel/Jio most for instant service. @ViCustomerCare Please tell me how to port postpaid number to other company or to prepaid. PLEASE DONT GIVE ANY EXCUSE

@ViCustomerCare Very Pathetic Service at your Kharghar Vodafone Store. First on 04Mar associate (Sagar) told me that company has changed its policy on Post to Pre and now it can be done only after 120days and now i have been waiting at the store since 1 hour and no one assist.
