    Hello @VodafoneIN what's wrong with your network. When trying to call on @Airtel_Presence call drop issue occuring. Not even able to call on Airtel mobile numbers. Call disconnecting automatically after 1 second.

    @ViCustomerCare At the time of Recharge in VI App as per plan i suppose to Receive Unlimited Data but getting only 2 GB Data I called to VI customer care Senior support executive accepted there mistake and Assured me to Resolve and will get Unlimited mobile Data in 9 hours still not resolved..

    @ViCustomerCare I am not getting port out code despite completing 90 days. Getting this error "UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance"

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my Jio SIM to Vi around 4–5 days ago, but my Vi SIM is still not activated. Currently, both incoming and outgoing services are not working. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. Thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare , My number 8709921486 has been successfully ported and network is available, but incoming/outgoing calls are still not working. I was informed it would be activated within 15 minutes, but it has been much onger. Please activate my services as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare Despite being in touch with your team for last 2 dys, there is still no clear coordination and cant keep me waiting for in bw vague calls with no final solution.     There has been no electricity in Moti Rafudad (361170), Lalpur, Jamnagar district since 8 AM today. Due to this, the VI tower is down and the DG (generator) is also not working, resulting in no network at all. Kindly take immediate action.@ViCustomerCare #VI #NetworkIssue
