    Hello @VodafoneIN what's wrong with your network. When trying to call on @Airtel_Presence call drop issue occuring. Not even able to call on Airtel mobile numbers. Call disconnecting automatically after 1 second.

    @ViCustomerCare My internet &calls is not working properly since last 15 days and The network is very slow The service provided by VI is very poor that is why very few people are using VI's network and the resolution is also very poor or should I port my number to another network

    @ViCustomerCare VI is doing organised loot. Customer care told refund has been processed but no such refund credited. Berter to switch to @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare This time, tell them directly that there is no way to fix the network and port out the number. There is no need to waste money on recharges, slow network, unclear calls. Enough is enough.

    @ViCustomerCare Nothing will happen to you you are unable to run the telecom company although I have filed many complaints the same answer comes in all that we will solve your problem soon but after that I get a call and they say that we cannot do anything rightnow but will tick it in the future

    For the last 2.5 years I’ve been raising complaints about poor network coverage with @ViCustomerCare Every time I only get a complaint number & false assurances,but no real solution.Being an old Vodafone customer I stayed loyal,but now I have no choice will port in 6-7 days.
