@VodafoneIN from past last week this is second time that suddenly 4g network gets converted in to E and we cannot use internet in karjat-Raigad- Maharashtra. What about our 4g packs for which we have already paid in advance for 3 mnths & if this continues who is responsible .

@ViCustomerCare I ported in VI a week ago, Your Plans are good and attractive but internet speed and network is worst. No voLTE, network switching to 2g, not able to use internet on vi sim, i am waiting for completing 90 days period to port out from VI. @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare hello sir, as i was interested in VI i opted out from @airtelindia and did MNP to VI from airtel network. When i did MNP one of your agent said i will get 2 months of data for free. But even after 2 days of my VI sim getting activated , there is no plan. Worst

I am running after @ViCustomerCare for 5 months for my poor internet services. But they never resolve the issue. My call is transferred to Senior deptt. But they put my call on hold and don't revert back. I keep waiting for as long as 30 minutes.
