@VodafoneIN from past last week this is second time that suddenly 4g network gets converted in to E and we cannot use internet in karjat-Raigad- Maharashtra. What about our 4g packs for which we have already paid in advance for 3 mnths & if this continues who is responsible .

Signal quality has worsened inside IIT Kharagpur campus, pin code 721302. This was not the case before the covid era. Improve the network quality, else I will port out @ViCustomerCare
