    @VodafoneIN from past last week this is second time that suddenly 4g network gets converted in to E and we cannot use internet in karjat-Raigad- Maharashtra. What about our 4g packs for which we have already paid in advance for 3 mnths & if this continues who is responsible .

    I ported my number to Vi but i am unable to make calls or use mobile data. I tried contacting customer care via email and phone and also visited the Vi store twice personally but still no one solved my problem. Not recommending Vi to anyone. @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar

    dear @ViCustomerCare i m VI postpaid customer of UP EAST circle, presently at Rambagh/Prayagraj. The mobile internet is not working since 3 days. pl help. ur customer care representative is not helping in this regards…

    @ViCustomerCare 4. I need to call every mobile number twice for the recipient to hear me and vice versa. 5. I receive multiple copies of the same SMS throughout the day. 6. You might be the 10th customer care person I am writing this to with no solution.
