    @VodafoneIN from past last week this is second time that suddenly 4g network gets converted in to E and we cannot use internet in karjat-Raigad- Maharashtra. What about our 4g packs for which we have already paid in advance for 3 mnths & if this continues who is responsible .

    @ViCustomerCare since last 10 days, I am getting very less speed in net, also on sat sun the data rollover does not work, after daily quota the net stops without going to left over balance (data rollover)..I think you have stopped the data rollover and making fool the customer!!

    I think 3 months are enough to improve network but now i understand that vi dosent care for thir custmore so they are not improving thier network..just always saying we are trying but i dont think they are doing, so i will port my all 5 no.s to other network. @ViCustomerCare

    Dear @ViCustomerCare please work on your 4g first then you should think about 5g. Literally Your connectivity is so poor, even someone call it's just hang up because of poor network. Facing issues for more than a year now. It's frustrating!!!
