    @VodafoneIN from past last week this is second time that suddenly 4g network gets converted in to E and we cannot use internet in karjat-Raigad- Maharashtra. What about our 4g packs for which we have already paid in advance for 3 mnths & if this continues who is responsible .

    @ViCustomerCare Unable to make calls or receive calls, have unlimited pack enabled and also have balance with full network 4G. Can't even connect to VI customer support.

    @ViCustomerCare Request you to treat this matter as urgent since i carry only one number and in the event of an emergency i will be left stranded. No one is able to reach me and and i can't make calls!
