@VodafoneIN from past last week this is second time that suddenly 4g network gets converted in to E and we cannot use internet in karjat-Raigad- Maharashtra. What about our 4g packs for which we have already paid in advance for 3 mnths & if this continues who is responsible .

@ViCustomerCare Floor Manager - Mr Mayur says there is no one senior to him working today to resolve my issue. Great work culture @VodafoneGroup @AdityaBirlaGrp Entire organisation and customer support working on 1 floor manager! And response TAT even for internal emails is 24 hrs.
