    @allusujith I recently ported to Idea from Airtel... Even with good signal strengths Idea is not getting data, but there comes Airtel, even at its lowest signal strength, it is receiving speeds about 2MBperSEC... @Idea @VodafoneIN @idea_cares

    @ViCustomerCare Im contacting customer care from last 2days but only answers is we will arrange a delivery call wait some time What ETA.? Who is concerned escalation team ? It is assured 24hrs maximum time in my location but 72hrs completed there is no update

    @ViCustomerCare How many times i have to answer same questions in same chat Why you people trying to delay and divert the issue I have shared order id ,transaction id, date of scheduled deliver(29-12-2022) Ordered number , alternate number to contact Then why daily asking same questions

    @ViCustomerCare customer care executive is saying that right now there is no facility of getting a new sim delivered to your location if ordered online and while I was checking availability it shows that your location is serviceable. ****** up service.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi mobile network down in my area since afternoon. Cant make calls. Unable to use mobile data. Cant reach customer care either. App is also not working. Fix this otherwise we may have to port.

    @ViCustomerCare Useless customer service When a issue is reported they give ****** reasons as to why it's so They say will share troubleshooting steps but don't They don't attempt a phone call and respond via email stating you said no issue Cheap to the core for so many years.

    @ViCustomerCare: Activated International Roaming for 24 hrs via customer care. Charged again the next day without consent.Told it “auto-renewed”? I was in India. No usage.Reverse the charge. Stop forced auto-renewals, scoundrel & fraud activities. #ConsumerRights #Telecom

    @JioCare I have 2 Jio SIMs in my family and both are facing serious internet issues at my home. The speed is very poor and the network is unstable. I also want to port my @ViCustomerCare number to Jio, but current service quality is stopping me resolve this urgently. 1|2

    @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare @vodafone What a pathetic service from Vodafone, my postpaid was deactivated last month and the pending amount is 600 rupees. The outgoing and incoming calls were suspended and you are charging 1200 for not using vodafone. What's next? 1800/-?
