But for important things like incoming calls nd OTPs will be stopped, there was no proper information. And which operator stops all incoming calls and SMS within just 2 days? Never heard of this before.

It’s now been over 2 weeks of constant follow-ups and poor coordination only to receive an SMS saying a refund has been processed without any prior notice. Extremely unprofessional service
