@allusujith I recently ported to Idea from Airtel... Even with good signal strengths Idea is not getting data, but there comes Airtel, even at its lowest signal strength, it is receiving speeds about 2MBperSEC... @Idea @VodafoneIN @idea_cares

@ViCustomerCare Im contacting customer care from last 2days but only answers is we will arrange a delivery call wait some time What ETA.? Who is concerned escalation team ? It is assured 24hrs maximum time in my location but 72hrs completed there is no update

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI They call me minimum 10 times with 10 different number, and when I pick up they end the call. Complained to national consumer portal, then VI rep called and said it's not our problem since you are no longer our customer.

@ViCustomerCare Problem persisting since last three days (after converting my prepaid to postpaid plan) No solution available with local Vi store..They just left it saying this is nationwide issue and has to be addresed at higher level.And here we are unable to register our no for mobile banking
