@allusujith I recently ported to Idea from Airtel... Even with good signal strengths Idea is not getting data, but there comes Airtel, even at its lowest signal strength, it is receiving speeds about 2MBperSEC... @Idea @VodafoneIN @idea_cares

@ViCustomerCare Im contacting customer care from last 2days but only answers is we will arrange a delivery call wait some time What ETA.? Who is concerned escalation team ? It is assured 24hrs maximum time in my location but 72hrs completed there is no update

One of the poorest service provider @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp Reason being they are loosing customer base is because of there pathetic service and customer issue resolution. They have no idea what they are loosing (Trust of customers)
