    @ViCustomerCare Im contacting customer care from last 2days but only answers is we will arrange a delivery call wait some time What ETA.? Who is concerned escalation team ? It is assured 24hrs maximum time in my location but 72hrs completed there is no update

    @allusujith I recently ported to Idea from Airtel... Even with good signal strengths Idea is not getting data, but there comes Airtel, even at its lowest signal strength, it is receiving speeds about 2MBperSEC... @Idea @VodafoneIN @idea_cares

    @ViCustomerCare Why can't U just remove that greeting message that stopping me from calling! Urs is a horrible network already! Now u r completely stopping customers from calling! It was my mistake sticking with u so long! I will Port Out to Jio if u dont remove that greeting in 24hrs.

    @ViCustomerCare Why don't you call me on my Registered number Yr Employees already have! Tell the world, even how helpless you are, banking on other's Network! 7 countries visited, that too not some African countries in Jungles n you say we are sorry, how do you help the service users!

    @ViCustomerCare Customer care member called me today . And he said service will not resume..he cut my call by their side. He said hamare provision me nahi hai.. i am 12 year old member and now company not support..

    @ViCustomerCare There is no compulsion to join a fly plan .but the sales person in stores force public, to meet their targets.Its the call centre agents who are the honest guys who helped to retain a customer.
