  @ViCustomerCare Im contacting customer care from last 2days but only answers is we will arrange a delivery call wait some time What ETA.? Who is concerned escalation team ? It is assured 24hrs maximum time in my location but 72hrs completed there is no update

  @ViCustomerCare You did nothing special as expected another ticket raised with same issue. Within 12 days around 10 issues raised and closed ... NO RESOLUTION so far 😤

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare this is the way Vodafone is treating customers. sending inflated bills for services not used. After raising concern no updates since 2 weeks except we are working on it. When I follow up floor supervisor( I don’t want to name) is rude and unprofessional .
