@ViCustomerCare Im contacting customer care from last 2days but only answers is we will arrange a delivery call wait some time What ETA.? Who is concerned escalation team ? It is assured 24hrs maximum time in my location but 72hrs completed there is no update

Need to dial again to connect or need to use calling applications over wifi as data is not at all working. It shows 4g but when we start using it, it becomes 2g. Everywhere at every location same issue. Need to wait until 90days period now to port out @TRAI @ViCustomerCare (2/2)
