    @allusujith I recently ported to Idea from Airtel... Even with good signal strengths Idea is not getting data, but there comes Airtel, even at its lowest signal strength, it is receiving speeds about 2MBperSEC... @Idea @VodafoneIN @idea_cares

    @ViCustomerCare Im contacting customer care from last 2days but only answers is we will arrange a delivery call wait some time What ETA.? Who is concerned escalation team ? It is assured 24hrs maximum time in my location but 72hrs completed there is no update

    @ViCustomerCare For a single port request there are more than 50 calls highly irritating..will never recommend anyone to get into vi. Vodafone always had this image bt now idea image also tarnished

    @ViCustomerCare VOLTE services are not working on my VI no. 7065183205. I have enabled it from my phone settings still it is not showing. Kindly enable Volte from your end.

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare What is the status of my Port In request into VI. Showing full network to new sim, but nt able to activate sim telephonically and online customer care service of VI is also helpless.Poor customer service, they even not able to track status of Port In request

    @ViCustomerCare the amount of torture you guys have given me is too much. Cant solve the network issue for past 24 hrs. Its pathetic, i know abt ur SLAs stuff but that too doesnt work. U deserve a worst life soon

    Need to dial again to connect or need to use calling applications over wifi as data is not at all working. It shows 4g but when we start using it, it becomes 2g. Everywhere at every location same issue. Need to wait until 90days period now to port out @TRAI @ViCustomerCare (2/2)
