    @ViCustomerCare Im contacting customer care from last 2days but only answers is we will arrange a delivery call wait some time What ETA.? Who is concerned escalation team ? It is assured 24hrs maximum time in my location but 72hrs completed there is no update

    @ViCustomerCare I've made the worst mistake of life that I've ported my Jio to Vi. Now VOLTE is not working in my city (Patna, Bihar). In 2022 there is no VOLTE here and they are competing with other companies. Worst experience ever.

    @ViCustomerCare last month July I made complaints regarding internet slow issue but till now they keep on prolonging the issue without resolving it worst services by vi my appeal to public don't by vi Sims
