    @allusujith I recently ported to Idea from Airtel... Even with good signal strengths Idea is not getting data, but there comes Airtel, even at its lowest signal strength, it is receiving speeds about 2MBperSEC... @Idea @VodafoneIN @idea_cares

    @ViCustomerCare Im contacting customer care from last 2days but only answers is we will arrange a delivery call wait some time What ETA.? Who is concerned escalation team ? It is assured 24hrs maximum time in my location but 72hrs completed there is no update

    Worst service of @ViCustomerCare, made a mistake that I switched from @reliancejio, complaining since the day I ported in VI (6th April 2021) but problem still persists, getting internet speed in Kb (two digit)....worst decision ever.

    @ViCustomerCare I am one of lakhs of volunteers who are working 24-7 on Covid relief. Could you PLEASE stop with the spam calls every damn day? Just stop. Every day there’s a call from one of your centers or people asking me to use 5 numbers on one phone. Stop it.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been trying to reach customer service number 199/198 for weeks and after welcome tone it auto disconnects , went to store near me and they didn’t have internet connection … I want to port out of Vi have been it’s customer since last many years ..

    @ViCustomerCare Again Network downgrade to 2G speed. Why don't U people clear this issue permanently, every time need to raise concern with U & giving us false commitment next time will not face such issues? Area Pincode:-415521 Improve your infrastructure condition in this area
