@VodafoneIN Again the same problem started whenever I recharge 699dhamaka offer there network gone. It mean I can't use 200mb in a day. What a good that you make fool of customer great.if you don't like the offer than why you give us. **** on you 😡😡🥵

@ViCustomerCare . I would like to know what is offline debit, an amount of Rs. 140 has been deducted from 9094212434 on sep 18 21 17:57 as offline debt. After long discussion Rs. 140 credited back but the same debited again. Horrible experience with vi.

@ViCustomerCare Oh very good, ok,do you have 4g indoor coverage in Tamilnadu??? Ok leave it, do you have Vowifi in Tamilnadu??? If you have any one of the service, Then I believe the above. If you are not capable of providing the above services, then how come you will provide good 5G services.

Your team member rudely refused any kind of refund for the months April-August and says the service got activated with your "consent". So apparently @ViCustomerCare assumes it's customer's consent without them having any clue about it. Nice. (3)
