    @VodafoneIN Again the same problem started whenever I recharge 699dhamaka offer there network gone. It mean I can't use 200mb in a day. What a good that you make fool of customer great.if you don't like the offer than why you give us. The shitphon company😡😡

    @Pranjal785614 @ViCustomerCare @PatelLeena31 Feeling as if we have to migrate to other available network from vi at Golaghat. vi have been hiring other towers, now in not a good position to pay them probably and going down without notification.

    @ViCustomerCare , I had ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel more than an year back and settled all dues then. Today I got a msg from 1 number, claiming my services will stop if I don't make pending bill payment, and in hurry I made it again. Kindly help get me refund .

    @ViCustomerCare Tried everything. All 3 vodafone numbers of my family are down. Tried manual network searching it shows all other companies network except vi. Its shameful for Vi that network is down since 36 hours. Pathetic.

    @ViCustomerCare Shweta: Ur team has enough details to solve the concern,either they just don’t know how to solve it or don’t want to. I’ve never been VI customer but if would have seen good service & customer support,wud have opted in! Case is of relative & not mine, u’ve already lost customers
