@VodafoneIN Again the same problem started whenever I recharge 699dhamaka offer there network gone. It mean I can't use 200mb in a day. What a good that you make fool of customer great.if you don't like the offer than why you give us. **** on you 😡😡🥵

@ViCustomerCare It is very bad decision by idea to get it merged with vodafone. Now I am unable to send basic SMS through my vi number 9479374224.. I will suggest every a person to move to better service provider then vi. My complaint is registered with them from last 5 days.

@ViCustomerCare I have idea number and having amount in my main balance but can't send msg to anyone. Idea customer care told me that you have to recharge it from minimum Rs 129 for sending sms but i have sufficient balance for sending a text msg.
