    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone whole day passed but problem is still remain in solved, this is the way you deal with your customers? No support thoroughly from your end whatsoever, only apologies and excuses. I mean how many days to active a number which is been verified already? More than 40 ?

    @ViCustomerCare I got my prepaid number blocked yesterday because my phone was stolen with the SIM. I went today and got myself a replacement but the SIM has not yet activated - and gives the error the number does not exist. Can you please help?

    @ViCustomerCare After repeated complaints for last 1 month my issue has not been resolved. Only your customer care executive keep calling me 10 times a day just to inform me that the tech team has been informed. Mostly it is missed calls. U r the service provider ur utmost responsibility to fix

    @ViCustomerCare , team I updated my existing plan today for more mobile data and your team didn't rollup unused data from previous plan. Neither I was informed for the same when I talked to customer care executive for plan change. Need help as data was almost 200 GB. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare If you do not solve my problem then I have to complain to Trai. Fyi my problem is not indoor but outdoor as well. Ur tech person even he acknowledged that outside connectivity is not there. Pls resolve urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare@TRAI Dear All, my Name is Bharat Rajbhar. Recently, I have changed my telecom service provider from Vi to JIO. As they were providing poor network in my current locality ,I was never able to use my quota of data provided.

    @ViCustomerCare@TRAI Now, when I have ported my number I am getting harassed by VI team. They are calling me over N over this. Despite I have clearly told them I want to port to different network. Request you to look into it.
