@VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone whole day passed but problem is still remain in solved, this is the way you deal with your customers? No support thoroughly from your end whatsoever, only apologies and excuses. I mean how many days to active a number which is been verified already? More than 40 ?

@ViCustomerCare I am sending port request message but i am not getting porting code since yesterday. I called call centre and was asked to visit VI store. Vi store people told me to submit KYC form and documents.I have submitted it but still the issue has not been resolved.

@ViCustomerCare WHY Vi NEED MY VISA!!!! I bought a new phone and requesting Vi to send eSIM QR code more than a week to switch. Last week they’ve send 4QR codes to check my network issues without any docs. Now suddenly asking for my visa. I gave my passport copy for proof!!!
