    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone whole day passed but problem is still remain in solved, this is the way you deal with your customers? No support thoroughly from your end whatsoever, only apologies and excuses. I mean how many days to active a number which is been verified already? More than 40 ?

    @ViCustomerCare Honesty I never imagined that Vi customer service can be so bad. No wonder customers are leaving the network. I am in Saudi and from last 4 days trying to get my problem resolved. Getting the same repeated standard response from customer care and no solution.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India I think VI should add a new plan of 4GB/day for 365 days validity with unlimited calls that should more beneficial for VI and customer like me I like to buy that if VI introduce this plan
