    @VodafoneIN Hi, just received a SMS from Vodafone regarding my refund of security deposit cheque saying that due to courier service not available during lockdown period due to covid -19, request to please arrange this after all this issue get resolved and when it become normal.

    I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

    @ViCustomerCare i have raised complaint 2 times in span of 10 days first complaint they said issue resolved when issue really was not for 2nd complaint they say nothing will happen till 9th august so basically 7 days wasted and money lost of internet recharge

    @ViCustomerCare & @VodaIdea_NEWS the worst ever telecom provider. They don't understand the privacy of their customer. Even though full DND is active on the number getting promotional messages from the company itself. @rmstakkar this is a very matter to which you must look into.
