    @VodafoneIN Hi, just received a SMS from Vodafone regarding my refund of security deposit cheque saying that due to courier service not available during lockdown period due to covid -19, request to please arrange this after all this issue get resolved and when it become normal.

    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

    I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

    @ViCustomerCare : not yet resolved the network problem, after repeatedly complain since 2 years. Some of our office user already port to Airtel or jio. My 3 Vodafone no's already 2 port to jio and Airtel, I am also going to port to Airtel. Shame shame on Airtel
