    @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    @ViCustomerCare Please don't go for vi sim very bad experience i had recently ported my jio sim to vi but the experience is very the network is very slow and always get E and 2g phone calls drop i had now very regert that why I ported to vi i had complaind to vi but they not provide resolution

    @ViCustomerCare, @PMOIndia, @DoT_India Same story happening again and again. VI customer care is calling me again and again, but no solution is provided in last 10 days. Dear PMO and DOT, request you to kindly look into this. It's better to cancel VI License itself.

    @ViCustomerCare Today I did recharge for my father's number 9604864142, Trough. VI App But Recharge done to my number 9850101235.I ENTERED correct number 9604864142 I'm 101% sure. It's VI app fault.I've call recording VI 198 Care confirmed till now not used any service this rech

    @RVCJ_FB @ViCustomerCare Facing Vi network issue in my area sudden call drop and not reachable problem when someone calling. I raised complaint so many times but my problem is not solved yet.
