    @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    Can anyone suggest me the best network to port my number. I am just fed up with third class service of @ViCustomerCare. They deducted my money and didn't do recharge and now kind of refusing to give my money back or to do recharge on my number. Really Pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare The day I ported my sim from Jio to VI the issue started First it took more than 5 days to complete the port After that your network Asia's Fastest network my*you can barely provide the speed of 1mbps we have to pay 479rs for the recharg toget this patheticservice

    @ViCustomerCare @pratik901 You just give assurances. I have posted messages on DM for resumption of services. Its ten days since I made the payment. Yet there are only promises and no action. Your's is the worst customer care I have ever experienced. I have decided to port. Go to hell Vi !!!

    @ViCustomerCare i don't know how many times I have to complain for poor internet connection but still you people will not be able to solve the issue. I am running out of my patience now. Do something before it's too late.
