    I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

    @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

    @VodafoneIN Hi, just received a SMS from Vodafone regarding my refund of security deposit cheque saying that due to courier service not available during lockdown period due to covid -19, request to please arrange this after all this issue get resolved and when it become normal.

    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    After 5th day same issue now from 50 kb /s to 10 kb/s wow Vi this is fastest network of India 🥳 just got complaint no to keep it nothing is being solved this is not the problem from last week or month I'm facing it from a year man help me or I will P.O.T the SIM @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS SERIOUS MATTER. VI is doing a new scam. they are shutting the sim from backend and asking customer to do a recharge of 70rs which will give balance of rs 50 and they will charge it for sim replacement.we can't port until we pay 70 and get a new sim

    @ViCustomerCare I still didn’t get a call or an explanation. Tell me, why I shouldn’t port out of Vodafone? Is this the service you’re providing? Fortunately, My friend had switched from Post Paid to Pre paid. You guys would have definitely looted more. I’m going to make a complaint @TRAI n CC.

    Seems like your "24/7 customer care availability" is an aspiration, not a ground reality; manager / tech-support aren't available since 25-07-22 and @ViCustomerCare tele-execs have no clue about IVR options (or lack thereof) on 1800-120-1111 or 59059.

    @ViCustomerCare Without giving any prior notice Vi just stopped giving unlimited data (12-6am). Recharged with ₹699 muktomonjhe times which gives 4GB/day for 84 days (price before price hike). Please resolve my issue with outmost urgency as I'm not getting data from 12am-6am.
