[2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

@ViCustomerCare Horrible service and systems at Vi Chembur store. Went to buy a new postpaid Sim and even after 50mins, I had to leave without the simcard. The exec did the whole process thrice, but failed. It was a VIP num so now that number is not showing on the Vi app either.
