    What's with he voice message in Rajasthan circle. Every time I call any network it says "this vodafone number is busy..." That's not even covid guidelines issued by govt. @ViVodaidea @ViCustomerCare

    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

    @ViCustomerCare Dear vi Mujhe aap agent ne call kiya or galt jankari di or mera number port cancel krawaya or mujhe 3 months ke liye free 3Gb/day, unlimited calling & 100 sms/day dene ke liye 3:10 Second ke bad ki recording aap sun skte hai mai toll-free number pe senior nhi m.

    @VodafoneIN so sad poor service in corporate connection when we have taken a connection how can you activate any service with confirming the company.and not cancelling it when its accidental . Thats unethical and wrong pl change it- 9587794794

    @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

    @VodafoneIN Hi, just received a SMS from Vodafone regarding my refund of security deposit cheque saying that due to courier service not available during lockdown period due to covid -19, request to please arrange this after all this issue get resolved and when it become normal.
