    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

    I never expected such terrible service from @VodafoneIN ! It’s been such a tiring experience from last 7 days as I’m struggling to get my number working with an appropriate plan. On call & in store Customer care is making me go round & round and none really providing a resolution

    @ViCustomerCare The customer service is as pathetic as your network and data speed. No resolution yet. Calls are getting dropped. ZERO data network. Twitting with Jio Wi-Fi.

    @ViCustomerCare The issue has not been resolved. Since 2 weeks I’m just looking for a resolution and now again I’m being asked to visit the store. This is going to be my 3rd visit and I am being assured that this will now get resolved at the store.

    @ViCustomerCare Consider this comment as feedback. There are many good recharge plans being carried by you at the present time, but all these services have no meaning. I have been facing low Internet speed issue from a long time. Customer care did not resolved my concern yet.
