    @VodafoneIN [1/2]To upgrade my plan, I was asked to port from M&G to Mumbai circle. I got a new SIM & the request should hav completed in 4 days. It’s been 5 days & my new SIM is still not active. M&G & Mumbai customer care r making me call each other & none doing the actual work

    [2/2] @VodafoneIN And this is after visiting the store and calling customer care multiple times. Something similar is happening with my wife’s number too and she hasn’t been able to use her no. for 7 days now. Never expected such terrible service being a loyal customer for years.

    @ViCustomerCare The Kalyaninagar store in Pune has the worst staff. All of them have 10 sentences recited and keep on repeating no matter what you ask or tell them. Vivek Biswas the manager says I don't have time to address concerns. You raise a complaint elsewhere. Well done.

You guys are not capable enough, your technology sucks, your illegal way to allow promotional advertisement calls even after two week of apply DND is not acceptable. You open case by your own and close case by your own. I will switch to @airtelindia
