@ViCustomerCare Every time you find some balance in my account, you randomly start a VAS service and charge 30-40 rupees. I have contacted customer care and got all VAS blacklisted. Still I am getting charged. Nice way to loot the customers.

Now, it's high time to switch from @ViCustomerCare to another carrier. Lodged a complaint on 2nd April 2022, without doing anything, they closed the complaint on 4th April 2022. No satisfactory resolution given. Problem started again. Really fed up.
