I am currently residing in UAE and unable to travel to Mumbai due to unavoidable circumstances The number was temporarily taken in a friendโs name only to preserve continuity after a porting/deactivation issue, and I am requesting a compliant remote resolution (video KYC/document verification/NOC etc.). My father has 2 sim and his Vi sim doesn't have outgoing call and when I contacted the vi support I was said that since I wasn't making any calls from them the outgoing call has been barred due to inactivity.
