  @ViCustomerCare It's ridiculous... Why should I pay 75/- from my pocket! It's no where my fault. The sim got deactivated by it self. And this is how u people treat me for being a loyal customer for about 8 yrs!

  @ViCustomerCare it is not for now i have repond based on my over all experiance. why complaint close without discussion with customer, only call once and if any reason customer didnt pick the call then close the complaint? Also ask customer to hold and after long waiting cut the phone? long list
