    @ViCustomerCare Charging customers with wrong usage charges and forcing them to pay - horrible services. Pathetic to say the least - customer care service executives make fake promises and never take accountability of what they say!

    Bullshit services...Registered complaint then call once when customre is busy & they send text saying we called you several times but you didn't receive so complain again...now I am porting all my family numbers VI to another carrier.....@ViCustomerCare
