    @ViCustomerCare Hi, my issue not resolved more than 15 days. I don't get any progress update from your end. In mail also there is no proper response. I received call from your end but it disconnect once I attend it. If you cant resolve your issue, pls let me know I will move to #JIO or #Airtel

    @ViCustomerCare Still no network coverage in my area. Cross sign is showing as network signal. @ViCustomerCare please return back my annual subscription so I can move on another network.

    @ViCustomerCare i am going to port vodafone sim card to jio because i have recharged 299 for 28 days but net is not working at all

    @SuryaRSS1992 @ViCustomerCare They will not resolve this issue. They will ask us to recharge more than ₹128 pack for sms.. They are making fools of their customers. They have blocked sms outgoing facility where recharge is less than ₹128. Porting is best option.
