Customer care guy told me "we can't to anything, you recharge again with ₹ 500 or you move to other network. After being a customer for 17 Yr this is what you get. Used to get good 4g+ signal before but now internet speeds are low and signal strength is more than 100dbm. Used to get 70 to 80 mbps speeds on 4g + now just 5 to 7mbps.
