One of the service is Zee5, shows activated in Vi app and not able to use it.. how come you discontinue without even prior informing.

I am using postpaid card and I am not getting basic facility of network. Dropping of call 10-12 times a day have become common.I have not used your internet for past 3-4 months.

Called customer care for partial refund but as per them, charges would be levied even though service was not provided. Worst service ever experienced.
