Worst customer service by @VodafoneIN. No proper feedback even on port request. When informed about poor internet speed in the area, getting feedback from you guys "as per Ookla we are the fastest network" but what's the point when it takes 5 mins to open a search page in Google.

@TRAI, After tired of @VodafoneIN network, finally I moved to @airtelindia and also paid extra for premium number, but still after 48 hrs sim is not activated. And both companies claims themselves #1, After seeing all this I see bright future of @reliancejio, congrats in advance.

Add network booster or a tower at my location(sopanam 7) till 10 july. I am not going to pay for the internet you are not able to provide.I called on your complaint no They asked me to switch network selection to idea . No speed there either. 10 July final date. @VodafoneIN @Idea

@VodafoneIN clearly shows you guys really don't care if a customer moves out. Secondly getting to know, not registering my complaints for past months on network speed issues whereas was assured on call that my complaint is registered and will be sorted soon. #Response awaited.

@ViCustomerCare Well, Sandeep, I called your Vi Customer Care and they said your postpaid systems are down and will be up by 10 pm. My problem is with my SIM card; it went dead immediately after I received an SMS stating my SMS services have been activated. If you can fix that, great.

VI is the worst ever network no speed except downloading worst surfing speed mobile data have to be refresh 5-10 time after every some time and even worst calling service dialling 4 and only 1 call success. @ViCustomerCare @BandBajaateRaho
