    @VodafoneIN wrist network using 399 rs. Postpaid plan and facing call drop, network problem & low internet speed problems don't know when you able to provide us quality service now it's showing I m fool I m paying every month 470 Rs on this situation.

    @VodafoneIN What outstanding? Mine is ECS payment, which gets deducted without fail every last day of the month. I said your service is a big, sorry double joke now that "idea" also with u.

    Now based on the new reply from same person (Urvi) of @VodafoneIN the same process of "waiting" will be started again!!! Support my foot! These guys are just fooling & cheating customers!

    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband pathetic service. And more pathetic call centre. Literal cheats sitting there. Would suggest everyone not to renew @youbroadband or not to install it. U ll be just ending up paying them.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone is given day to day pathetic services might after jio Vodafone want to close his business from India they only generate his regular customer bill and recharges network services is 100% pathetic when got the call they ask which are facing issue for formality

    On current situation all communication network company did his best job to connect people accept one who have largest network in india its call @VodafoneIN no better service no helpfull nature no proper service @VodafoneIN update your network & fulfill customer service requests

    @VodafoneIN In covid times the customer care operators are less & new condition call from prepaid or postpaid no ONLY as per ur complaint(NO PROPER IVR option to talk). Then why there is no relaxation in rental. Once the outgoing calls are barred why even if RC calls are not ON?

    @ironny100 @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN is the biggest of all. I had officially submitted my request to cancel my port. Vodafone person said yes done. After 10 days you recieve a message stating that from 00:00 your vodafone sim gets activated ! Bang now you are forced to use it !

    @ViCustomerCare Sms content and sms header is visible in the screenshot itself. There is nothing more to talk over phone. Fix your systems. @TRAI please take a note of VI failing to stop scammers.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi needs revenue, yes ... but Missed Call Alerts are a core network feature. Essential services should not be charged separately. Users deserve better..

    @ViCustomerCare I have placed a request for prepaid sim yesterday by making payment on Vi portal and got a reply that it will be delivered before 18/11/2025. Still now I didn’t get any call or Update regarding the same. kindly suggest a way to connect to Customer support..!!

    "@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneFdn has misled customers by showing fake 5G availability in Vadodara. 5G does not work at my location and still I was made to recharge. I have already filed a consumer complaint with all proofs.
