    @ViCustomerCare raised an eSIM request yesterday and till now I haven’t received the QR code on mail. And all messages got blocked due to this. Worst service.

    @VodafoneIN Worst experience. Forget about Internet even simple calling is hard to make .These guys are so irresponsible. @airtelindia was far better. I think it's time to port again.

    @ViCustomerCare Your network is so poor lately that not even a single call goes through without dropping. Many times people have complaint that my number comes as switched off !! You never forget to send SMS reminders of upcoming bills, can you please improve your network first ?

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, can you make your technical support at least 5% technically adept?! I am unable to get a resolution from your for almost 4 months now and your team is happy to blame Apple for iMessages activation failure! When on the same phone, other numbers get activated

    @ViCustomerCare the customer care excutive is not having information what the ims charges are or tell me what the fullform is. issue is ongoing for 1 month & i am getting too many calls regarding the billing causing great mental agaony. Please advise email & add for legal notice.
