  @ViCustomerCare raised an eSIM request yesterday and till now I haven’t received the QR code on mail. And all messages got blocked due to this. Worst service.

  @VodafoneIN Worst experience. Forget about Internet even simple calling is hard to make .These guys are so irresponsible. @airtelindia was far better. I think it's time to port again.

  @ViCustomerCare I've ported my sim from jio to vi. Porting was completed on 29Aug26. It's 30Aug still there's no network. Recharge has been done as well. Tried everything.

  @ViCustomerCare Request for MNP in same Chennai circle was given on 27-Aug-26. Was advised tat it'll be ported in 3 days. Still it's not done and facing the issue. All details to VI r shared on DM @TRAI @jagograhakjago - pls don't be spectator & look into the issue.

  @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately
