  @ViCustomerCare raised an eSIM request yesterday and till now I haven’t received the QR code on mail. And all messages got blocked due to this. Worst service.

  @ViCustomerCare Right now I have 3 numbers of Vi of 3 circles and all are at the same Location in Bihar. (Rajasthan - VoLTE is working properly) (Karnatka - VoLTE is active but only getting LTE signal) (Bihar - Only getting LTE signal, not sure VoLTE is active or not) Numbers DM already.

  @ViCustomerCare ignorance must be the new way to resolve issue as even after 8 days the issues aren’t addressed. Additionally getting new surprises everyday requests that i haven’t raised, switching plans i dont know about and customer care have no clue

  @ViCustomerCare Same BOT response since 3 days. Either provide 28 days service validity or refund Rs 48 debited on 26-Jul. I am unable to use my number since 3 days now! Want an immediate action and resolution from u. Dont give scripted answers. Ur changes in Service Validity are NOT LEGIT.
