@ViCustomerCare Calling helpline but only directing to press all the numbers since half hour. Inspite of recharging my prepaid number of residence services not resumed. Moreover no remedy on helpline as no access. Hence plan to switch over to other service provider......

@ViCustomerCare I am sending port request message but i am not getting porting code since yesterday. I called call centre and was asked to visit VI store. Vi store people told me to submit KYC form and documents.I have submitted it but still the issue has not been resolved.
