@ViCustomerCare Don't purchase any VI service. They have worse service support also don't care of their customer concerns.i have registered lots of complaint against my VI no but they didn't respond against any of my concerns till yet already more than 10days has been passed away

@ViCustomerCare Please advise the timeline for your team to get back - I cannot be waiting for 5 days as the VI app informed me as the timeline for resolution, service quality going down the drain, so will the customers who will go away & port somewhere else

@ViCustomerCare Very Poor service, I have requested several times to resolve the issue I have been facing since, 15th of August 2022 but till date no solution has been done by the Vi team. Requests/Complaints are closed without taking the feedback from the user.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India I don't want any network complaint to be raised needed my port code.i raised concern that Im unble to generate port code.give resolution for that instead rasing network complaint...
