    @ViCustomerCare Hi VI. Your caller told me to go back to this area and then register a complaint because VI can't locate using coordinates. First, No, that's your job. Second, learn geography. Thirdly, Hi @airtelindia! Seems @ViCustomerCare is bored of my 18 year association with them!

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged ₹399 for 1-month unlimited plan, but the network has not been working at all. I’ve already raised 2–3 complaints and there is still no resolution. Very disappointing service. Please fix this urgently or issue a refund. #VI #PoorService #NetworkIssue
