@ViCustomerCare I have recharged for my no and it's still says services are barred. Did recharge again thinking that I missed it, but issue still remains the same. This is really pathetic, now apart from coverage issues and frequent call disconnection got a reason to port..!

@ViCustomerCare my old @reliancejio number was disconnected as I moved out of reliance as an employee. It has now been processed to Vodafone Idea but VI is not releasing it. Please help me get my no. back as it is linked to everything. I would have great difficulty if I lose it.

@ViCustomerCare my calls drop all the time. My voice can’t be heard clearly even by your CC executives. Signal bars are 2-3 max , never at full. I registered a complaint in July. Still waiting for it to be resolved. I am a customer since 2009.

@ViCustomerCare @reliancejio I have more than 3 months of validity left for my number ending with *******055 but it is fine to move out to a more trusted service provider, rather than anticipating good customer care and other services. Have full faith on Jio and its services. Goodbye Vi!
