    @ViCustomerCare i am not able to understand what is your issue.if I am paying for 4G then i should get uninterrupted services. From past 10 days continuous facing issue logged complaint. no one bother to respond. Loyal customer from 5 yeard now I am planning to switch.

    @ViCustomerCare Why #Vi binge night offer is not working? From last two days its getting deducting from daily data quota from 12 am to 6 am used data. I am not getting a good user experience after I complained from last two days to customer care helpline about the same problem.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Indians is going through a lot at this time. But whenever a person tries to call in any emergency, he has to listen to your COVID instructions. I personally had to call three times to connect to someone. This is very irritating and I'm planning to change it
