  @ViCustomerCare Listen, the service stopped after the merger and I had to throw away that sim and issue a new one. There's a whole mail chain on that. Do your homework before you reply to complaints here. Or atleast have the courtesy to call an alternative number and discuss.

  @ViCustomerCare Have asked to change from postpaid to prepaid, why I have to visit store to do that. What kind of service ur providing. Even nowadays, banks are taking documents on mail or on digital platform. If needed they, documentation can be done by ckyc.

  @ViCustomerCare : Last month Vodafone activated caller tune and said I download like 4 games, Raised me a bill of 960, I went to Store to move to prepaid, they offered me reversal, and you charged again I am tried of vodafone, I won't pay the bill until you guys resolve the issue
