    @ViCustomerCare We spoke over the call and I’ve been asked to change the SIM card . How simple! Will try this out next week and see still the network is ok or no! If not then, goodbye to loyalties :) will get Airtel card

    @ViCustomerCare from last one month in our location the 2G network is fluctuating hardly two to three minutes network will be there other time no network. State Assam Dist Karimganj Bhanga Bazar pin 788701. Solve it as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare i have vi postpaid sim but im not using it from 8 months one of your agents call me and paid last bill and says I’m deactivate your sim card and it was 3 months from these incident and i still get bill these is #fraud agent number is 78750 94776
