  The worst network and worst customer car3 i have ever seen is @ViCustomerCare. @TRAI If you are not able to provide proper network service just quit like aircel. I have been facing network issues for more than a month, also no network in most of the places in india.

  Went to surrender my post paid Vi MiFi and was told that I have to pay not just my dues, which is right, but 7 days charges since it takes that long for them to disconnect. How is that customer’s fault. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @jagograhakjago

  @ViCustomerCare My monthly plan has been randomly upgraded to Vodafone 'RedX' without any form of request on my end. I realised about the same only when the bill was generated. When I contacted the customer care regarding this, I was told that I have only request the upgradation.

  @ViCustomerCare The worst network. I had my sim card delivered which was good but one month of use showed me how pathetic vodafone has become. Frequent call drops, no network in the gurugram,haryana(tried manual selection 2g,3g and 4g. No network in himachal.
