@ViCustomerCare How many time direct massage you r lying every time giving false information and not solve problems sent your engineer on location and solve problem either I had to switch another networks.

@ViCustomerCare What happened to you guys? Atleast give exact services to Customers who are paying bills time to time even they are not getting services from you. I paid bill today and tried customer care number from another number but the IVR set in the Loop and playing again.
