    @ViCustomerCare what kind of service provider you are?? Why so much communication gape between your team, one team is calling and mailing me that your query resolved and another team is stopping my number to work? Is this your concern towards customers?

    @ViCustomerCare @VootSelect Why vi network is so bad in Udalguri , Assam and it's surrounding areas. Two months before I ported my number from airtel to vi thought the video network would be great here but now I am experiencing the worst network... No 4G is coming, very few times H+ comes that also pathtc

    @ViCustomerCare same as you don't respond to my refund message and not refunding my 512 on cost not even paying interest theron I guess u need a CA to tell you the time value of money of the customer's money too

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare Incoming and out going call bared on my number, trying to recharge since last 2 month, recharge was successfully done, but get refund within 7 days. I have trying to get support from customer care, they are not able to provide support on this.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I would like to inform you that I am unable to use any app like Paytm, Grofers, VI itself etc. when my network is on 4G. It was happening from last 3-4 days. I have another device in which I tried to use app but it's too not working with Vodafone 4G. (1/2)

    @rnbose @ViCustomerCare I get similar reminders from local service provider but with disclaimer to “ignore this message if you have already paid”. To be fair, I receive a. reminder when time lag in time of payment and of reminder is less. I do not receive further reminder once they update their system
