    @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare . after 20 march, once the bill generated.. i called back then i spoke to meghna she gave me a complaint number which is - 3102694795391 and asked me to wait 48 hrs. and when i called back again on 31march.ur customer care is saying that there is no such complaint

    @ViCustomerCare One of these days try giving half a decent network too. Your network is a Joke. Complaints are ignored beyond VI asking one to check DM, which suggests 'team will f/u'. Except f/u doesn't stand for follow up!

    @ViCustomerCare PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SETT8NGS AND STEPS YOU HAVE ASKED ME TO DO IN DM IS ALREADY TRIED. SO SOLVE THE NETWORK ISSUE OF YOUR "SO CALLED INDIAS FASTEST 4G" FROM YOUR END. BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN 21 DAYS NOW.
