  @ViCustomerCare this is second tym i'm giving complain to ViCustomercare. One of the slowest network in India. Totally waste of my tym &money.there is no difference in internet speed.there was no response from Vicustomer's.I have not able to complain for the third tym.@JioCare

  @ViCustomerCare one of the slowest network.this is 2nd tym i'm giving complaint.totally waste of my tym&money.there is no difference in internet speed.There was also no response from Vicustomer's.I hope this is my last complaint, I have not been able to complain for the 3rd tym.

  @ViCustomerCare Till now problem not solved yet neither your engineer visit my address for checking the network you always gave a false promises, yet no any person came my location for checking my network problems....gyz i am very desatisfying for service of VI network day 1 gave false promises.

  @ViCustomerCare An apology means NOTHING when the problem is still not fixed Customers are being denied incoming calls and critical OTPs and Vi’s response is just a copypaste apology and a DMThis is unacceptable We pay for a service not excuses Stop wasting customers time take responsibility

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Network coverage in Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734 is extremely poor. Normal voice calls break and audio is unclear, while mobile internet is unreliable. Please send your network team, verify the ground situation and install a new mobile tower
