You can download net monster app and see 5g is showing disconnected

Shubhi Sharma (@shubhi_iec) reported@ViCustomerCare how many days it takes to convert SIM to E-Sim. It has already been 6 days with no solution till date. This is the support we get after using Corporate Plans. No1 in the VI office knows who to coordinate, just mail and hope someday someone will revert. Shameful.
