@ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

Today I recharge my VI sim with Rs. 49.I got 38rs as usual and my outgoing and incoming calls started.But my outgoing SMS service stopped.I called VI customer care they told me I have to recharge with 128 or above to start outgoing SMS service.This is shameful @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare In past I have raised issues on the given WhatsApp, sent SMS, sent email. All goes to deaf automated systems. Never got any reply. It’s such a waste of time to keep repeating problems on your various different avenues.

This is against the customer's right. What's the point of Rs 49 recharge if we can't send a sms. VI stopped the outgoing sms service. Solve my problem and starts the SMS service. @VodafoneIN_News @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I'm using Vi network since 2 years.your currently plans are good.but I noticed that you offer weekend rollover data but it doesn't work on weekends after exhausting regular 4gb data,it's stop working not use of remaining data. #Scam2021 #worst #fraud
