    @ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

    @ViCustomerCare Had an even bad experience with @VodafoneGroup Never switching back to it. Your 4G is equivalent to 2G.

    @ViCustomerCare Request to all Indian people do not use Vi network sim connection PORT out to other operator switch to Jio airtel network becoz Vi telecom company totally froud company cheating with customer. My Vi mobile No 9769351395 Vi telecom company cheating with me give me froud info

    @ViCustomerCare I'm customer of Vi. Now i am facing wrost experience from your company. You will not sustain more with this type of behaviours to the customers. You have most subscribers from kerala only, then also doing such things to us. Now its time to rethink malayalis. I am changing..!!
