@ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

Vodafone's network is very poor. You have to keep 3G all the time.When someone calling me, the sound is reach too late..I am not happy with VI.@ViCustomerCare
