@ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

@ViCustomerCare your service is very poor untrained and uneducated staff at una and they are not even listening to my complaint they told me to call on this number 9882111115 and this person named Hitesh started misbehaving with me and told me you shouldn't have purchased this

@ViCustomerCare , successfully ported out 3rd number which I was using with idea sim card for past 8 years. This happened due to ****** customer care attitude, cheap business tactics. I have also given up 15 days service as a parting gift. Enjoy.

@ViCustomerCare No Service international roaming in USA. Numerous complaints filed. I have repeated these settings many times but still no network. Already have filed a grievance in the consumer court. Share this post and spread the word if you are facing similar problem.

@ViCustomerCare my recharge ended a week ago u have already barred incoming services on my number. This is pathetic service. And how long do u wait after recharge expiration to disable incoming services to a number. Seriously never gonna trust vi ever again.

@ViCustomerCare My outgoing calls are barred since yesterday. After doing Prepaid recharge, still till now the service is not resumed. I can't even call Customer Care helpline no. 1.Where should I ask for clarification of this whole issue? 2.What about the loss I had to suffered?
