    @ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

    @ViCustomerCare your service is very poor untrained and uneducated staff at una and they are not even listening to my complaint they told me to call on this number 9882111115 and this person named Hitesh started misbehaving with me and told me you shouldn't have purchased this

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn now how long will I have to wait for normal SMS service? Already lodged a complaint but didn't get any call from your side. I am just disgusted with your service. Using this number for last 8 years but for last couple of years, it's worth less.

    2) No Volte services in bihar 3) Sometimes it switchs to 2G & 3G network 4) No free caller tune I don't not like to your double data and free internet from 12 Am to 6 am instead of this , if you provide best services it would it better.@ViCustomerCare & @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @ViCustomerCare Till Sep 21 my rental plan was 99 INR, and now from Oct 2021 without out my consent & approval the rental plan has been changed to 299 INR.customer care was not ready to accept my request as complaint and told me it's a company policy. PLz don't extort.@TRAI
