    After 5- to 6 years of relationship with @ViCustomerCare , finally moving out. The realisation happened when other network people calling from Kudremukha peak and I didn’t have the network after Mudigere, Karnataka ! Invest on better network rather unnecessary ad. See you soon 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare I called ISD to my regional call center to have the service deactivated and get refunded. It's not about rs.35 which you took. It's about the trust. You failed to be trustworthy.

    I have been receiving calls from a number +91 81770 22985. The caller says that he is from Mumbai and has received an email from @airtelindia about porting my number to @ViCustomerCare. However I’ve never requested for porting my number. Could you please look investigate this?

    @ViCustomerCare Information that is absolutely useless. Your service ticket shows as closed. And my issue wasn't resolved. Still no incoming calls or sms's. Like i said keep the 99 rps and I'll be getting my number ported.

    @ViCustomerCare I called customer care from my vi number in 198 so many times but they always said we are working on it we understand your problem but they didn't solve the proble every month I waste my money in Vi network.

    @ViCustomerCare My mobile has been misplace 8222836900 Vi store issue me SIM on dated 23/08/2022 after configure the handset sim may not work i again visit to store for my problem Now VI store ask me this number may not activated my previous plan Why not? Krishan Kumar 9728342000

    @ViCustomerCare I have a big network problem in our area Godrej Eternity Mallasandra Bangalore, there are 1000's of Households poor network - can you pls attend to this on priority. I am unable to message you on your profile page

    @ViCustomerCare in bihar all other operators are providing Volte service except vodafone idea (Vi) .. So when you guys are planning to launch Volte? 😡

    @ViCustomerCare Please forward my concern to VI store and seriously look into the matter dated 29 july 2022 time 10:00 AM. Otherwise I will registered a police complaint in PS City Bhiwani check cctv footage dated 29 july...refund my 600 rupees also..
