    @ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

    @Ranjithsrk008 @ViCustomerCare @VirPate50895650 Out of 260 million customers 180 million customers are 2g customers, only 80 million active customers use 4g pan India. So they won't invest much to provide better service. Expectations with #vi is foolishness. They don't have 4g indoor coverage and Vowifi.

    @ViCustomerCare the services of my sim are not working properly for the last 10-12 hours, i have an active plan but my internet isnt working, also i cant place any outgoing calls. This happened all of a sudden around midnight. Lost network and then couldn't use any service. Help.
