    @ViCustomerCare your service is very poor untrained and uneducated staff at una and they are not even listening to my complaint they told me to call on this number 9882111115 and this person named Hitesh started misbehaving with me and told me you shouldn't have purchased this

    @ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

    @ViCustomerCare I am having a pathetic experience with Vodafone, frequent call drops frequent call cracking and call are not sent even. I am on the family plan, but now with this experience thinking to port my family plan to other company. Never Go for Vi 👎 Pathetic experience.

    @ViCustomerCare too much of network coverage issue . Pathetic network frequent call drops.. missing out important calls.. complaints raised but not resolved yet since 2months.. #PortingToJio @reliancejio looking for some best plans for the same.

    @ViCustomerCare My SIM hasn't been working for the past 16 hours. I am unable to make any calls, and my work is getting affected due to this. Complaint helpline not working/ support centres closed. What to do!? HELP. Porting to @airtelindia ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare I have raised a complaint(C003-104076578584) for slow network in my area on 24th Apr 2021 to VI customer care. They assured that technical team will call & sort this out. I got call from technical team & they simply ask for location & kind of problem.

    Again received call from this number +919763100136. And same "ghisipiti tape" bajane lage customer care executive. "Network optimization full hai team kam kar rahi hai" since 1.5 yrs Pls dont come with this excuse.I m really upset with your support. @ViCustomerCare #fakevisupport
