@ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

@ViCustomerCare your service is very poor untrained and uneducated staff at una and they are not even listening to my complaint they told me to call on this number 9882111115 and this person named Hitesh started misbehaving with me and told me you shouldn't have purchased this

@ViCustomerCare I am unable to do banking transactions without OTP.Created ticket CHN-V00442508948.Seems the Vi network tower nearby has no backup for the tower operations once electricity is out.Not sure whether any operator is responsible for that.Thinking of switching to other service.

@ViCustomerCare care to explain why there's no service yet from yesterday 11 am onwards, my sister network came back back but mine didn't why is that. Everyday it's always like this for like 1-2 hour and now really got me frustrated ,do you want to lose customer ?.
