He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

I found another phone same model with no sim toolkit and their IR pack working, the difference: they have jio and not vi. While I ask vi and they tell me my handset is the issue.

However, my number has again been suspended. Initially, I was informed it was due to “negative verification,” and later I was told that a security deposit of ₹199 is pending.
