    @ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

    Still no resolution and doing false promises.seriously one of the worst operator. More than 10 days passed and outgoing call is blocked. @ViCustomerCare
