@ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

@DoT_India I have logged a complaint with @ViCustomerCare and it was mentioned that issue will be resolved by 6 a.m. on 19th October. They have closed my case but the issue is not resolved. Entire Kolkata is facing the exact same issue. Could you please check?

@ViCustomerCare has conveniently blocked SMS going out to 1900 to prevent porting. It would have been better if the best minds in the company were used to improve the service rather than resorting to such unethical moves.

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia I am facing internet issue on my postpaid no. complain was raised first on 11 Oct 21. It was suggested to reset APN. now every time I have to reset it for accessing net. No one called me to fix issue as was promised.
