    @ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

    @ViCustomerCare your service is very poor untrained and uneducated staff at una and they are not even listening to my complaint they told me to call on this number 9882111115 and this person named Hitesh started misbehaving with me and told me you shouldn't have purchased this

    So if I have an emergency and my life depends on a phone call, I will first have to hear a minute long message from #Vodafone how my prepaid pack is about to get expired. @ViCustomerCare

    My father did a recharge on VI network. The money credited was somehow deducted from his account.I have been calling customer care since then but haven't got any solution. It has been more than 96 hours and no explanation is given yet SERIOUSLY FED UP WITH THIS. @ViCustomerCare

    Congratulations @ViCustomerCare your network has won award for the most slowest thing ever existing award Even the snail looks faster then your network everytime I complain gets resolved temporary then same issue again please shutdown your company for good if you cant handle it👍

    @ViCustomerCare Recently I went to VI store for postpaid to prepaid conversion. They verified my all documents and gave me prepaid sim. However, prepaid one never got activated. When I call your customer care they said I have to again go to VI store. I can't visit store again
