  @ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

  Poor service by @ViCustomerCare..made the mistake of trusting them with Intl roaming that too at a price of ₹5999. No 4G network in Europe and poor customer service.

  @ViCustomerCare Hi team, my Vi number is inactive with no network shown (number sent in DM). I have recharged my number as the plan was expiring. But the number is still inactive. This number is registered on many important services. Kindly check and guide ASAP
