    @ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

    VI service in the dafi area adjacent to Varanasi's BHU is giving poor service for the last 4 days. The internet service is completely poor. There is no troubleshooting complaint and registering only complex. After all, how long does this poor fall? (1/2) @ViCustomerCare

    Dear @VodafoneIN Why is it that when ever I make a call, the 4G sign disappears and becomes no network It’s happening in navi Mumbai also call failing ratio is on higher side and your 4G is work like a 2G Are you ok ?
