    @ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

    @ViCustomerCare your service is very poor untrained and uneducated staff at una and they are not even listening to my complaint they told me to call on this number 9882111115 and this person named Hitesh started misbehaving with me and told me you shouldn't have purchased this

    @ViCustomerCare Don't you feel shame on your ***** service. Just open your that Vodafone Idea Kerala Facebook page, no one mentioned a good comment about this **** network.Showing 4G in full range and giving 2G connection.

    @ViCustomerCare severe trouble for SIM replacement for 9706028477. DL submitted but not accepted. And Agency don't accept Aadhar card or Indian Passport as ID proof. Strange. And No service centre at Bongaigoan Assam. Pathetic Service. @TRAI
