    @ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

    @ViCustomerCare your service is very poor untrained and uneducated staff at una and they are not even listening to my complaint they told me to call on this number 9882111115 and this person named Hitesh started misbehaving with me and told me you shouldn't have purchased this

    @ViCustomerCare I did recharge of ₹719 on (DM number) but still not active and ur service executive give only verbally replaying and when ask about complaint number they cut down call and not giving proper complaint num about failure of recharge and not giving any proper assurity about refund.

    @ViCustomerCare Recharged my vi number still not able to send msg. Customer care is asking to recharge with min Rs. 128/- to send msg. I have service validity and main balance but still asking to recharge by 128/- is not genuine

    @ViCustomerCare Contact your team and give false promise that they will fix it for four months. But not resolved. What is your engineer team leader mr jabir sing doing doing interviews for TV channels and twitter or does he not consider such jobs?
