  @ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

  @ViCustomerCare your service is very poor untrained and uneducated staff at una and they are not even listening to my complaint they told me to call on this number 9882111115 and this person named Hitesh started misbehaving with me and told me you shouldn't have purchased this

  @ViCustomerCare Last time someone from VI came, he suggested using wifi calling on the phone and spoke about installing booster. Airtel has already installed booster at the location with Indus Towers. Standard issue is people can't hear us, and slow internet speed impacts apps. @ViCustomerCare
