@ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

@vodafone It's been 25 days since my 3rd complaint for having issues with call connectivity in Bihar circle, but @ViCustomerCare nor their engineer is bothering to resolve this issue, except giving excuses. Pathetic company/Network and support. Leaving this network on priority.
