    @ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

    @ViCustomerCare I am having very bad experience with Vi. I feel it was my wrong choice porting to this network. No network, call drops, 2G network. Raised many complaints. No action so far, and also all the complaints are marked resolved without any solution. Looking for help
