    @ViCustomerCare Is the worst when it comes to Customer support. I have raised a request to port a number from Postpaid to Prepaid and they have been making me run in circles between the Vodafone store and customer care. (1)

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Each time VI store rep quotes me a bill amount with additional amount for additional X days, I pay the amount, get a new sim and then after X+1 day, they cancel the request because X+1 day is not paid.
