    @ViCustomerCare Called VI Customer Care to port my Airtel number to a VI postpaid connection. Instead of assisting, the executive repeatedly and insensitively asked me to visit a VI Store, refusing to provide any support over the call. Is this the level of service VI offers?

    @ViCustomerCare shameless thieves. You instantly pocketed my recharge money after 6 months but gave me a DEAD network. No signal at all. Forcing customers to physically visit a store for your backend incompetence is a literal scam. Absolute trash tier telecom. #ViIndia

    @ViCustomerCare If I have do the DM also it is waste of my time only bcz you don't have futuristic plan and established network so waste of my time and my recharge amount. Look at your core failure and resolve that automatically it will solve
