@Sunil2124 @utsavtechie @ViCustomerCare It has marked in Map, so if you live in 4G Network zone then you use 4G only. If above didn't work chances are your network area does not have 4G coverage.

Did you try selecting network Automatic to Manual ? If none of above don't work. Download Speed Test Net app and check your region

@ViCustomerCare Now I hv opted to port to other network so pls don't call me again and again to know the reason that is known to u all. Vi is the worst network I can say that's all. Its end of more than 15 years relationship with Vodafone. But i ppl don't deserve such relationships.
