    Plus approx 69 GB of 70GB is remaining unused (as shown on VI app only), and on VI app no amount is outstanding and the current spend is also nil! Then what Is this Rs 4283 usage? And why doesn’t the customer receive alerts for this before hand? @ViCustomerCare

    @Asrarsyed10 @ViCustomerCare I am facing for 7 months . You have to wait 7months for getting resolution . They will ask you to recharge.

    @ViCustomerCare how can you arbitrarily discontinue outgoing call services in these times? And your customer care is no help at all! Spoke to Ms Shraddha - she wouldn’t tell us what this usage is! And said that we will come to know once the bill is generated!
