    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup very disappointed the way you treat the customers. Even after multiple follow ups no one provided the resolution and blaming me that I used the service. No one is bothered to take action against their retention team who makes fraud call to the cs.

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service be VI. My Postpaid sim was auto upgraded with 300 Rs/month rental plan without my concentrate and total compilation of bill is 670 Rs. After multiple interaction with care and store issue prevails. 9673945940.

    @thewomanofwords @ViCustomerCare Actually they are fraud. I m using vi corporate number and trying to port out from last 1 year but 1stly they barred my customer care No. And 2nd they din generate my port code. And lastly they generate extra bill of my No. From last 3 months. Really pathetic..
