    @ViCustomerCare Instead of addressing my point you are focusing on another point to divert from the main issue, which an ordinary person also can understand. Every now & then call comes from Vodafone but you are not able to contact me is beyond my comprehension.

    @ViCustomerCare Cutomer care told to recharge, even after doing the same, no network in sim, pls resolve my issue ASAP, or provide me porting code to port to another network and retain my mumber

    I had come to Kota Rajasthan for some work but I did not get my VI SIM network at all, because of this I had to face a lot of trouble. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare In Vi app 199 and 198 is mentioned as customer service or care but both unable to connect..198 is saying that "number ki dubara jaanch kr lein" and in chat complaint, received notification that within in 5 days I'll get reply..

    @ViCustomerCare It was bad experience after visiting one of the Vi store, I went to swap my sim bcoz it stopped showing any network. Guy told your number is closed, u need to change into postpaid for same number. Then i called customer care number they said number is in service

    @ViCustomerCare got delivery of prepaid sim yesterday by paying 299 and activated, but balance is zero, where is my 299? There is no option to speak to customer care from 198 or 199. Please advise.

    @ViCustomerCare It is not understood if you are not able to contact me then how you expect me to contact you, if you do not provide me your contact number. This simply indicates that you are not interested to resolve the issue. You only want to confuse d mass. This is not acceptable.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare f your internet service is not working on my pincode , even if it shows full 4g it takes 10 min to open homepage .my recharge period is being wasted . I have been using idea for last 8 years but it seems the time to port is inevitable .
