    @ViCustomerCare Need help. My father ported out of Vi. Refund amount 3916 to be paid . records by Vi Store confirms NEFT done on 3rd Jan. We never shared Bank account during porting. dont know where NEFT done by VI and to which account. Can you help and pay the refund ? thanks

    @ViCustomerCare Receipt already shared 3 days back on same mentioned email id but no resolution yet. Yesterday one of my friend visited Vi store in Lucknow with the receipt. May i know the reason why it's taking to much time. It's really very disappointed service from Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely horrible service. From 4 days I am following up on Sim change request. 6-7 visits, twice sim change, documents submitted. Still no service on the Sim.

    @ViCustomerCare Somebody called me on international roaming even after mentioning my local number to tell me to send an email. Why was the call placed if it wasn’t to resolve the issue. I have been charged for Data without me using it. At 1715 I was in the flight and I have been charged for data
