@ViCustomerCare Very disappointed with your customer care. I have 4GB daily data pack. At 12PM today it says data exhausted. How is it possible? I have been using this pack since long. My usage is moderate. I hope you solve my problem.

@ViCustomerCare Getting call from ms vidhya and she is suggest to recharge for 10 rs and I will get 7 rs balance. That all I know. I'm asking for benefit of rs. 118 as mentioned in ur website for which screenshot also shared. It's ur fault why shud customer suffer. Bad VI response and time

@ViCustomerCare Very disappointed by idea (VI) Telecom. Vi stop SMS service for all Balance. I have Balance in main account still sms not send. Why to recharge with unlimited plan for only sms. Its better to port out
