Hello @JioCare few days back I ported my connection from @ViCustomerCare to your network..but sad internet surfing speed is not good..ex o.o1 kb, 0.24, 0.14...., 10 kb/s, 20.. 4G network but speed always below 100 kb/s.. WTF !! Yoy promised mb/s speed but giving us decimal speed

@GadgetFreak4U @ViCustomerCare That plan gets activated when you go out. After that you have to manually deactivate it once you come to India. My parents were paying that extra amount for almost a year and wondering why the bill is higher. ******* postpaid service looting customers
