@ViCustomerCare Your team never ever asked me is the issue has been fixed or not! 😳 Infact my every complaint got closed automatically, Why???? Now you are forcing me to take actions against you in consumer affairs which I am already taking. Don't think I am illiterate or fool.

VI, I activated a 14 day Intl Roaming pack. I am in US & unable to connect to any network. Pack is activate, but the phone doesn't connect to T-Mobile. desperately seeking help, nothing so far. Everything needs an OTP & without connectivity I am stuck. Plz help @ViCustomerCare
