I was a regular @reliancejio customer but decided to test my another service provider @ViCustomerCare and I must say that @ViCustomerCare is the worst than anyother. The internet doesn't work anywhere in my house. I even have complained to the customer care for which they said

@priyankapand @ViCustomerCare Right..since couple of times i m complaining but no resolution from them.. Yesterday i received call that they have escalate my issues to higher authority ..lets see how they resolve issue asap. @ViCustomerCare waiting for your positive reply..

@ViCustomerCare wake up you failed to resolve the issue despite DM. STOP TAKING YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR A RIDE. YOU CHARGED 300 WITH A PROMISE TO CONVERT POST TO PRE PAID IN 48 HRS AND ITS BEEN 5 DAYS OF INACTION AND NO REPLY FROM YOUR END SHAME ON YOUR TEAM
