@ViCustomerCare We do not have vi network coverage in our area. Few years back there was a vi network tower in the neighborhood village. But due to decrease in consumer the network was shutdown. According to ostumer exceutive network is still active. But its not. We need vi back.

Vi increse Data pack value but decrease internet speed.What a service provider V! & also remove all personal offers & give offers buy data pack only tag price. I am Thinking before new year data pack recharge. @ViCustomerCare

Never call VI customer service as they are not sure which plans their company is offering and providing incorrect information to customers. Before asking customers ask your representative to install Vi app. #NoCustomerSatisfaction #MoneyLaunderer @himanshuidea @ViCustomerCare
