@ViCustomerCare Really frustrated After complaining 10 to 12 times After getting assuring 12 to 12 times that my network will be back to normal as it was I'm finally giving up I already wanted to port out of vi but you guys insisted to be up to the level But enough is enough

@ViCustomerCare This has become the worst network .. as I and my friends are facing issue regarding suffering internet from may ...... And we had tried to raise a complaint but no proper response on complaint number 198, worst AI system by which they have started whatsapp and same is on vi app.

@ViCustomerCare why vi? Why ?? Why you trouble your customers so much? I can't send a SMS since yesterday to verify and activate my UPI payments. I have to receive payments and it has got stuck because of a simple problem that is I'm unable to send a SMS.
