    @ViCustomerCare Somebody called me from Vi and said like we are resolving the issue and closed the ticket. Where is the fix. Sir telecom industry is looting like anything @rsprasad 0.1kbps for which you call 4G??

    @ViCustomerCare 1. Deducting balance without customer consent 2. 2G internet on the price of 4G 3. Poor connection, neither able to call nor receive it. I think that's enough reasons and allow me to go with @airtelindia I'd enough with your pathetic service @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare my grandfather is 85 years old. I want to port his number from BSNL to VI. Customer service rep at idea office told he needs to come to customer office. Is it not possible for VI to provide sim service for senior citizens from their home?@ViCustomerCare
