    Worst ever service receiving by my jio app amount got deducted but recharge not done when contacted customer care he said our system don't have record even i was giving him transaction id of deducted money @JioCare @AmbaniHu @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN Your 4G data service is far poor than 2G was used to before using dongle actually paying for 4g Plan customer is getting speed less than 3g everyone will accept that.

    Neither calls are coming nor internet is running on both 3G & 4G VOLTE. Worst service by #Idea in heart of the city area of #Nanded. Merging of #Vodafone & Idea emerged the biggest problem for us, both companies are enjoying with public money. Disgusting. @idea_cares @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare My sim is already in sim 1 and I am also a technical person. On my other phone also there is less signal strength of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .Airtel is also showing less connectivity. Now jio or Bsnl is left . Let's see what is need to be done

    @ViCustomerCare me and my friend having worst ever experience with VI now a days. Internet speed is like we are still using 2G or even worst than that. call connection are problematic too. i have complained about that too many times but no improvement #improvementneeded #vi

    @DoT_India @rsprasad - Sir I guess this issue needs ur attention.. @ViCustomerCare is not having a way to block the information message which keepa coming in daily.. when asking to block, there answer is it can’t be blocked

    . @ViCustomerCare Ridiculous from you. I've been charged additional amounts for features I've not opted for. Such ad-hoc deduction of money without my consent comes as a shock. Haven't seen other service providers such as @airtelindia or @JioCare behave like this. Time to port.
