@VodafoneIN Your 4G data service is far poor than 2G was used to before using dongle actually paying for 4g Plan customer is getting speed less than 3g everyone will accept that.

Neither calls are coming nor internet is running on both 3G & 4G VOLTE. Worst service by #Idea in heart of the city area of #Nanded. Merging of #Vodafone & Idea emerged the biggest problem for us, both companies are enjoying with public money. Disgusting. @idea_cares @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare Since the moment I submitted my request at airtel, I have received 100 calls from Vodafone. Each time requesting me to cancel the request. During one of the similar calls, the Vodafone store executive told me that first they have to convert my postpaid number to prepaid.
