Neither calls are coming nor internet is running on both 3G & 4G VOLTE. Worst service by #Idea in heart of the city area of #Nanded. Merging of #Vodafone & Idea emerged the biggest problem for us, both companies are enjoying with public money. Disgusting. @idea_cares @VodafoneIN

@schengalvarayan @ViCustomerCare I’ve using Vodafone >12yrs but i am porting out too. The essence of Vf of having super strong network is not anymore. Hope Vf would realise this and improve quality than attempting to gain volume share.

Thank you @ViCustomerCare for worst customer service and 0 resolution. Switched to @airtelindia finally! Looking for positive customer service and No call and SMS from airtel after full DND. Hoping for the best internet and network coverage as per your ads.

@ViCustomerCare I got this "Dear Customer Your SIM Card Document verification is Pending Please contact customer care 8158866625 Your service will be Blocked in 24hr. Plz look into this fraud asking me to install teamviewer.claiming he was from vodafone. Spoiling vodafone name.
