    @ViCustomerCare dear vi I am unable to surf internet service.I port my number with you but after two days I regret my decision to come with you. Only Calling is working whenever I tried to connect my 4g network automatically shifted to 2g mode.I raised complaint earlier but zero.

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service.. Irresponsible customer care. Even though the issue isn't resolved you guys send a message saying it is resolved. I have a 45 days plan n now your call centre is telling me to wait 5 days for the issues to resolve. 7 days without internet and proper network.
