Due to the pandemic everything is happening digitally from admissions,payments,etc we understand we need to wait until the issue is resolved but employee yelling at me when asked is unprofessional and unacceptable! @ViCustomerCare I hope you won’t disappoint @JioCare :)

I think Vi is not 4G, I suggest not to port to Vi. It's one of the worst network in india. @ViCustomerCare

@DoT_India I've 2 SIMs @JioCare and @ViCustomerCare recharged amount by 2399₹ and 399₹ respectively. Both companies not providing proper network coverage. I complaint more than 100 times in past 3 years but no improvement. #Disappointed #jio #VI
