    @ViCustomerCare Hey Vi, what's this service ? My phone got stolen and my sim was in my dad's name who is unwell and can't visit your center. Please send someone to the residence so they can take my dad's kyc and reissue a new sim with same number.

    @ViCustomerCare Pls provide 4g at sokkanur west -642109. No solution even after many complaints. Even 2g calls due have frequent call drops. When do vi will rectify this issue? The issues persists for more than year before which it was very nice to use vi

    I’m DONE with @ViCustomerCare. Paid my electricity bill via Vi app on 17th June. Money debited from my bank, but payment NEVER reached the electricity board. Now I’m facing disconnection threats & late fees — all thanks to Vi’s incompetence. #FraudAlert #VI

    @ViCustomerCare I was promised a resolution to my complaint by 1 PM today. And still nothing!! Always thought Vi was thr only telco operated we could trust in India. Bit you have now done down the scam lane.
