    @DoT_India There is a network issue which @ViCustomerCare executive has addressed during his visit. All the info given here is wrong and misleading.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service by Vi. Bought 3 nos. 7528051000 & two others(PAID NUMBERS)from VI STORES. Nos were not activated for more than a month. Then I had to pay an advocate for legal notice for my 3rd no.Then they activated my number with higher RENTAL PLAN.Same with other nos. AVOID VI

    @ViCustomerCare Despite several raised complaints through VI app and telephonically, the poor experience of network coverage of data and calling experience remains worst. Raised service requests for the concern are automatically being closed. Need immediate redressal...

    @ViCustomerCare Yesterday 5:56 I got a msg following msg from VI Hi, we have resolved your network complaint no. DEL-V00801032920. With this, you should not face any further network issues. I rcv this within an hour of registered my complain. And today similar prblm I m facing right now. Agn H+

    @ViCustomerCare I am a postpaid users of vi 9709210917. I have received a thread call from vi employees in the name of physical verification that person also told me that you can't able to access postpaid any more because this person going to Stop all service of my postpaid.
