    @ViCustomerCare why is it that i pay for extra add on data and get treated to some old gen network speed. I paid for the net beyond my data pack and yet i get treated like this. Please sort this out asap. Because this is really underhanded service here.

    @ViCustomerCare This is how @ViCustomerCare cares for their customers by not resolving their issues, ignoring tweets, being rude and adamant on calls that they don’t have the provision to process the request. The question we want to ask ourselves is do we want to stick to such service provider?

    @ViCustomerCare what nonsense is this .. I did recharge of 99rs sms pack was not there ok.. now i did 179 pack recharge which has sms pack but till I'm unable to do sms... Can u please send me msg to DM my number and check what's happening with ur service.. i know it's worst..
