    Now even after so many mails and so many tweets, the problem is not solved now. I don't even expect that the problem will be solved. There may be no power backup on vi's mobile tower or diesel saving or diesel theft by technician, no call has been made to me by @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am getting very very low speed on 'my sim card' (others are working fine with good speed). I have exchanged the SIM card, format the phone (as per VI executive said) but still no solution. HELP ME OUT, It's been more than 10 days.

    @ViCustomerCare I have a feature Wi-Fi Calling but can't use it at home coz your Wi-Fi Calling service is not enabled for @SamsungIndia's #GalaxyM30 I can't ditch you coz in office no other network works properly.

    @ViCustomerCare This is to inform you that on 15.06.2022, I have initiated a SIM Replacement Request vide Request No:3-116672385858. However till now my number has not been activated. On approaching the customer care support helpline, I was informed that I need to re-apply again
