    @ViCustomerCare WHY always my Outgoing & incoming Srrvices are Barred. Means I need to complain every month & week. From last 65 days SERVICES ARE BARRED.VERY MUCH REDICULOUS AND DISSAPOINTED SERVICE BY VIDAFONE. SERVICE LEVEL IS TOO MUCH WORST & LOW. WILL U BE ABLE TO RESOLVE

    @ViCustomerCare Even more surprising is that instead of refunding by NEFT RTGS IMPS, Vi insists on sending a cheque. Is this not a tactic of making the customer wait till he forgets & then just eat the money? Vi is not willing to transfer the amount to my other number also.

    Day7 of no internet connectivity. @ViCustomerCare says they tried reaching me multiple times at 23:29 on 15/7. Not sure if calling that late is a bigger problem, or the fact that they could not reach me (again a @VodafoneIdeaIN problem that I should be raising a complaint about)!

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for resolving this issue, i have one more question, I recharged and my validity is 10oct, if I recharge again with same amount 599, can my validity will accumulated, with same benefits of 3gb/d, 84+84 days

    @ViCustomerCare Shocking that service not provided to customer, complaints closed with no resolution, complaint appeal still pending more than 90days but customer forced to pay the bills monthly. @DoT_India @CCS_IIPA

    @VodafoneIN Not able to connect to the 4G network. Neither the internet is working nor the calls. And the customer care agents says that the system is being upgraded so it will work after 12 midnight. Kindly provide a feasible solution. Suffering alot from last 4-5 days. #port
