    @ViCustomerCare I am customer of VI for last more than 10 years. My postpaid VI number is not working for last 10 months but paying bills regularly.. Beware of VI and never ever opt for VI else you will be trapped badly. VI is a big FRAUD.

    @vodafonein1 @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare I am fed up with the service for the past 2 months. I am mentally exhausted by the untrained, unprofessional service. I dont know how I can continue .. I wish i didnt have a cellular Apple watch, otherwise i would have left VI.

    @ViCustomerCare bad service. No speed.. No network.. Raise complain but close automatically. When call on customer care.. call can be dropped and disconnected. Facing problem last 2-3 months @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Yes this is my problem so many time network not work i unable to use Internet, call outgoing and incoming. I face this problem since last 8 to 9 months, VI network charge to me 100% billing amount with late fee charges but solution not sure, JIO network is best

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare worst Customer care service provided incomplete information .My idea sim is not working it not showing any network so I called customer care they said it will be free of cost to replace the sim if it is not damaged but in VI Mini store they charged us ₹150 .
