    @TRAI is there a regulation if Mobile service providers don't have Network in an area they should indicate it to Customers, And for no Service/network zone they should not be charged,. Mumbai city center is the zone & we 20 buildings have no network past 3 years @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @Senthilsrigopi oh shut up, if you don't want users to experience such speed then why not improve your network. Daytime speed i get is 75KBPS and at night i get 13 -20 KBPS even when data isn't exhausted.
