Both @airtelindia and @ViCustomerCare offer 1.5 GB of data but Idea’s data can be used longer by the same user. Can not Understand Why So. Why same 1.5GB data quantity are different for both service Provider??

Spoke to a @ViCustomerCare representative, clueless as she was it took her10 minutes to fwd the call to a senior who didn't know the first thing about service.19 minute fruitless call. But I'm happy to say that I'm switching to @reliancejio where they actually know about telecom.

@rjraimau @ViCustomerCare Taken up several times but no use.there is no basic service but their charges are more. No 4g, no volte, no vowifi, no esim and no indoor coverage.
