    @ViCustomerCare Despite recharging 349 rupees pack regularly, I rarely get the service I expect due to constant network problems. If this continues, I'll have no choice but to port my number to another network soon.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I recharged my Vi number 6387908633 with ₹179 through the official Vi App, but the SIM is still showing “No Service” and the network/service never activated.
