    Hey @ViCustomerCare why online multiplayer games like Pubg doesn't run smooth on your network it took hell lot of time to open and ping is always high. Why? Can you please fix this because i was able to play this game smoothly on @airtelindia network

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Abhi. Despite my best efforts I haven't been able to port out of Vodafone. This has been a huge pain as the network service is EXTREMELY poor. I already have the SIM card from the other network provider. Please help me port ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp Same happening to me from last 3 months. Why ur team activating these services to my number. M a user for Vodafone from last 11 years. Wat u want from me? Shall I port my number to any other operator.!! Vry worst service from VI now a days.

    @ViCustomerCare As per our conversation I was told that number is active and sms service would be blocked for 24 hours after replacement Sim activation. More than 24 hours have passed but the messages won't get sent or received. Very disappointing service.👎

    Why are some apps and websites like Twitter, Reddit, telegram throttled on your network @ViCustomerCare ? It is clearly visible when I switch my data sim.
