    @VodafoneIN mdn no 9230509970. 20 to 24 May last 5days no any outgoing call reason Amphon network issue company this 5 days why not extention the validity who is responsible.

    @ViCustomerCare How ****** your Cx care can be, I have just experienced it. I feel u guys should close d bizz. as you aren’t able to do anything good for the Cx! Piece of Advc: Don’t allow smaller recharges on Cx no. If they don’t hv service validity. Basic common sense! #****

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks for not resolving my issue. It was my fault to choose stay connected with VI even after all bad services. Hopefully I will correct my decision.

    @ViCustomerCare Ne which was having issues with the network.. now they have started increasing the amt of the base plan .. really sad to to get out of this network after 13 years

    @ViCustomerCare ... really u and ur people are example of blunders... i recently done mnp from @Airtel_Presence to @ViCustomerCare even though documents were provided still my account name capture incorrectly and now VI call & mini store not ready to help

    @ViCustomerCare I was thinking to get a new Vi sim here in Varanasi ( UP East). But one shopkeeper told me I need to recharge with minimum of 599 in order to activate my sim. I'm getting the new sim for my Samsung Guru and I don't need an recharge plan with internet. Please Help
