    Check your DM @ViCustomerCare I got problem again what is this behaviour ?? If its still gonna like this I'll switch my sim and tell my friends to switch theirs too.. give us good customer service we are your customers not your slaves again and again how long your server down ?

    @ViBusinessIndia, @ViCustomerCare, @vodafoneIN_Fdtn Dear Concerns, This is regarding CUG service that we are availing from you since 2017-18. We have around 60-70 numbers in total. We have been with you in all the ups and down during this period as a loyal customer.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi is looting us,i purchase their Postpaid plan and now they barred my calls and data and customer care isnt helping too,they are making fool of customer.... don't buy any plan of VI....they are scammers

    @ViCustomerCare it has already been rejected twice, and the store is of no help. Let us know how can we proceed. As due to call drops thorought kolkata & Howrah , and pan india while travelling we are forced to port out. (as we have complained over past 4 years but no action)

    (6/n) The family member also mentioned that such kind of disappointment never happened with @airtelindia or @ViCustomerCare. @JioCare should work on such issues and try to make existing customers happy with an immediate resolution.
