    @ViCustomerCare Hey I have dm you my details yesterday but no action is taken yet ......still zoom app is not working using vi internet....I have to use jio internet to use zoom app.....plz do something and resolve the issue as soon as possible

    @Sarkar26948 @sanjay7453 @ViCustomerCare Hi Anert, i always use Vi app to recharge. So few days back I recharged for Rs.449 and it was successful. But the same hasn’t reflected in my mobile number due to a technical issue with their app. Still now they haven’t fixed and I’m not able to make calls or use internet
