@ViCustomerCare Hi idea your company policy is very pathetic and your employee are lier who makes customers fool. their commitment are totally fake. When I leave the network they given me special offer and say don't do MNP. And after that they talking about T&C.

@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Since may I am facing voice connectivity issue. Complained 4-5 times but didn't got solution yet. I insisted your BPO executive to transfer to Team Manager they just put on hold for 20 mins with this we can imagine how professional team manager is.

Go to Consumer forum, consumer grievance. Here you can apply for help and record everything. They won't help you until their *** is kicked.

@ViCustomerCare Till now no one gave update on Esim or Vowifi. Your customer care executive say, it will take 6 to 7 months to launch the services? What is the use. Airtel and Jio started these services very long back(Jan 2020) but you #vi total waste and keeping us in 2G @ 4G cost.
