    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service by Vodafone no network maximum time in jammu & Kashmir there is no use to convert prepaid to postpaid waist of money while shift to prepaid to postpaid there is 300/-rs charges by gallery and no use it's horrible

    @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare I hv lodged a complaint of fraud by Vi thru email dated 28th Oct 22 giving all proofs but Vi has not responded yet to my email. They just tweet and ask to DM my no. Still no response. Will be forced to approach TRAI and Telecom ministry & PMO
