    Since April 12, my @ViCustomerCare sim has stop working. I went mp nagar #Bhopal office they gave new sim and took documents to start sim. Sim not started yet. Nobody replying now. i called cc team they are clueless. #fail #VodafoneIdea @KavitaNadkarni pls look into this.

    @ViCustomerCare The network seems to be irreversibly going from bad to worst. Your execs call up ten times to know why we want to port our number but there don't seem any way the network is improving. Zero value for the money we pay to Vodafone or Vi or whatever you call yurslf.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing difficulty in receiving incoming calls for the past 2 weeks. I've called customer care and tried all the solutions they have asked me to do. Even then issue hasn't resolved and I am missing my major calls. Kindly get back with a proper solution. Thanx

    @ViCustomerCare even after contacting customer care executives we are unable to use data services on our vi sim. except data everything is working fine. we have already changed the settings and APN but that didn't work. request you to connect asap
