@ViCustomerCare Why you have answered here. I will seek help from consumer forum. Again and again you are giving excuse of extra data usage why didn't you stopped the connection until next cycle. I can't afford that much so I have chosen plan of Rs 999/- And I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY ALERT!!

@ViCustomerCare I am not going to pay that huge amount. Whatever excuses you give in the name of usage charges. If I cross that limit then you should have stopped your service. Iam not going to pay a single rupee above my current plan. You can't loot your customers like this.
