    @ViCustomerCare Till now I have not received the delivery of my new sim. This is very disappointing and frustrating. This is the worst service I ever faced in Vi till now.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Congratulations!! You are the worst performer now. My issue has been pending for the past 30-35 days. The previous best was BSNL. You hardly will survive in this market if you are treating a faithful customer this way. I have been using voda for 10+ years.

    @ViCustomerCare your Vi app shows 2 gb per day data for 56 days on prepaid for 479, when we get the neg showing recharged data is shown as 1.5 gb per day. Why is that? I raised a complaint and was told that 1.5 gb is actually 2 gb " koi issue nahi". Unable to understand. Pl help
