@ViCustomerCare I have been postpaid user of VI for last 10 years. So I am extremely disappointed to see that I am unable to get ownership changed for my number under the family plan. I have visited the Vi store in Mayur vihar multiple times. But every time there is some issue.

Since morning after the rain, Vodafone 4G network is completely down my area (Vill Kamarpara, near Baniyakuchi, Sarthebari, Barpeta, Assam - 781307). Already informed the technical team but no action yet. Such incompetence is unacceptable. @ViCustomerCare please fix this urgently

Extremely disappointed with @ViCustomerCare. A Vodafone SIM stopped working suddenly, and even after trying in 2–3 phones, it doesn’t work. Customer care advised to visit a store, pay ₹60 , and spend 1–2 hours for eKYC & SIM exchange. Why should customers lose valuable work hours for an issue caused by the operator? No option for doorstep SIM replacement or pickup service is offered. In contrast, @airtelindia provides a smooth, customer-friendly process in such situations. Time for Vodafone to upgrade its service standards.
