    @ViCustomerCare should sue VI for defrauding millions of customers by signing up people to plans that deduct money periodically for users. Hundreds of senior citizens unknowingly get enrolled into stupid monthly packs and lose balance at the blink of an eye @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to send PORT SMS. Airtel not allowed to Send outgoing SMS even after 79Rs recharge!! At last resort ,I will recharge 129Rs which allows outgoing SMS!! Soon coming to either Vodafone/Jio. Many friends of mine also planning discontinue Airtel & port to other network.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't talk stupidity. I said it has been happening for last three days specifically during evening hours. So shall i keep changing handset on hourly basis... Don't just keep blaming handsets for every single thing. Maybe the network suffers some factors during specific hrs.
