  @ViCustomerCare Your own field engineer assured me that a new site would be installed and my network issue would be resolved within 15 days. It has been much longer, and nothing has changed. Now you are saying my area is not adequately covered by your network.

  @ViCustomerCare The network is still poor, internet barely works, and calls frequently disconnect. To make matters worse, my complaint was closed without resolving the issue. How can a complaint be marked as resolved when the issue still exists and your own engineer acknowledged it?

  @airtelindia low-key you suck as a brand and a service provider I ported to @ViCustomerCare yeah you guys suck as well They cut my services for a 35 rupees bill. The instructions aren’t upfront at all. Now that I have the paid the bill I’m not allowed to upload it.

  Disappointed @ViCustomerCare ₹749 + taxes charged as Intl. roaming while I was in Sikkim (India). Last month's bill had similar charges too, which I unknowingly paid. Complaint raised, but bill is due in 3 days while resolution is in 5. A loyal customer for 15+yrs DM me for dtls

  @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare @JioCare Dear Network providers whats the issue, whenever their is power cut in our Village Rampur ( pin code-802127)Your Network completely disappeares. Multiple time I have complaint it, but No result. It's disgusting, don't u provide oil to towers?
