    @ViCustomerCare should sue VI for defrauding millions of customers by signing up people to plans that deduct money periodically for users. Hundreds of senior citizens unknowingly get enrolled into stupid monthly packs and lose balance at the blink of an eye @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare My issue is not resolved, so finally I'm broken my SIM and i suggest to everyone to not buy VI sim and port in VI.

    @Indianinfoguide Surprised to see low #VodafoneIdea speed. They must work on strengthening the 4G/5G network & internet speed. You can't compete with Jio & Airtel if you don't improve on services. Consumers will only shift to #VI if they get better speed & services #ChangeToVi @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Your services and facilities are generally excellent. However, in the smaller villages, your towers are located at a distance of 3.5 to 4 kilometers. Consequently, network coverage is very poor. Therefore, smaller towers should be installed in these small villages as well.

    @ViCustomerCare How am I expected to access help section if you have no connectivity? Why should it resurface in Guruvayur, Kerala? Noted @JharkhandCMO apparent patronage/disruptive uncivil networks - SBG-816109 stalker-harasser networks also steal!

    @ViCustomerCare Please act no response so far Don't cheat loyal customers like me sticking to the same company for years If you don't respond in 48 hours and sort out the issue I will port my number to one of other service providers
