    @ViCustomerCare should sue VI for defrauding millions of customers by signing up people to plans that deduct money periodically for users. Hundreds of senior citizens unknowingly get enrolled into stupid monthly packs and lose balance at the blink of an eye @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, on the pretext of help, you make a good fool of the customer and the thing is, will I get the net and validity of the recharge pack that I have put in again, but not at all, but now I am ashamed myself by complaining again and again.

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged with 599 for 84 days on 21 Jan 2022. The package was supposed to expire on 15 April 2022. You guys changed the plan to 599 for 70 days and expired my plan on 1st April 2022. How can you do that too a customer for a plan that has already been bought?
