@ViCustomerCare should sue VI for defrauding millions of customers by signing up people to plans that deduct money periodically for users. Hundreds of senior citizens unknowingly get enrolled into stupid monthly packs and lose balance at the blink of an eye @jagograhakjago

@ViCustomerCare feeling disgusted as no one seems to be bothered about customers problem. Looks like nobody empathises with customers problem. Running from pillar to post but my international roaming not been restored although I had indicated my mandate. Need urgent help.

@ViCustomerCare No wonder Why Vi is lagging behind! Been a day since Recharged still unable to use Data at handset even after APN resesting, Mobile Restarting, Roaming activation. sim ejection. No one cares to look back into the Complain registered!! Shame on Customer Service.

@ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidealimited As instructed, reinstalled the Vi app & signed in again, but the problem persists. I don't even know whose number it is showing in the app, because it is not even in my phone contact list. please sort out the issue on priority basis.
