    @ViCustomerCare I am writing to follow up on a complaint submitted to the corporate care ID two days ago. I have yet to receive an acknowledgement of receipt. What assurances can be provided regarding the resolution of this matter? I don't even have an ticket I'd to provide.

    @ViCustomerCare They are good for nothing raised in Jan no resolution giving. Not sure what there social media team is doing just replying without resolution. Who are hireups not sure what leaders are doing
