hey @ViCustomerCare , I requested for SIM exchange yesterday and was given new SIM by Vi mini store , which was claimed to be activated within 2 hours. but sadly the SIM is still not activated after 24 hours and the store is closed today due to sunday. Please help.

In a service-driven competitive economy, it beats me how companies like @ViCustomerCare or @Cars24Support have been abysmal with their customer grievance redressal. The natural progression for all such companies it seems now are only profits, exits, IPOs. Consumer can go to hell.
