    @ViCustomerCare Your network is too bad at Nagercoil. VI sim signal got cutoff. It's time to switch to another network if you don't take any action.

    @ViCustomerCare The worst customer support services if u can get.. Is available here with vodaphone, no doubt why it lost and loosing its clients and getting towards bankruptcy. No call no solution yet

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, my adress is 725/4 North Street , rasakuppam, kurinjipadi taluk, Cuddalore district, tamilnadu 607302. In our area network signal is very low already we are complaint many time, problem is not solve we can't make calls & use internet

    @ViCustomerCare I already recharge my account 599 rupees pack. I got payment confirmation receipt but my pack does not reflected. My number's outgoing and data services are discontinued. This is my 1st time recharge in VI network and I suffered very bad.

    @ViCustomerCare Sim is active now but no 4g showing and I got over charged by Vodafone store employe for Porting my sim. Charge for sim Port is 50₹ that's what ur customer care team said to me and I got changed 200₹ by Vodafone store employe.
