    @ViCustomerCare Pls check this also, in Sangameshwar 415611.Twice in a week ntwrk is getting shut 4 entire day & no one hr 2 respond 2 complaint,90% customer use vi sim.When we contact 198 dey give solution like we will get back to you after 1week,needless 2 say no any call back.

    @ViCustomerCare Muraat, Sorry to say but it seems you and your team are least bothered on customer complaint and does not want to take action. Vodafone team is only capable of making false promises but zero in taking action. I have been waiting for solution to my issue

    What's wrong with you people?Yesterday i was to told..it's been resolved permanently..Today also for the last 13-14 hrs my volte services is not working..Bcz of that i'm unable to recieve calls & use uninterrupted internet..Will port out tomorrow to othr networks. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare hello! My mom and dad back in Kolkata are both VI users. Yet, my dad's call drops multiple times but the same doesn't happen with my mom. Is this a sim card issue? Tried changing phones, but to no avail. Please assist.
