@ViCustomerCare Do you think we are Chu***? I did 2 recharges of 699 together, you did 4 gb data for 3 months and 3 months talktime. While there should be 4 GB data and calling for 6 months. ₹ 699 + ₹ 699 = ₹ 1398 . Do you think all the customer like us are Chu***?

@ViCustomerCare I also got a confirmation call on 10 Aug and was told that my prepaid card would get activated in 2 hours. But look now, it's been 8 days and it's still not been done. I am highly disappointed with your service and would definitely port to some other network

@ViCustomerCare I ported my sim into VI 15 days ago. From that day to till now Vi network frequently distrubed to me. It automatically switch from 4g to 3g to2g. Every day 4 to 5 hrs no network. When ever powercut in my area vi network goes. Now waiting to complete 90 days.
