    @ViCustomerCare VI sends a SMS that They understand, I need more data! I am not able to use even existing data due to extremely poor quality of network then how come would I be needing more data VI? Not able to make even voice calls & you are talking about more data. Good Joke.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India if you are not able to provide me the service means please refund my money and leave me by providing PORT OUT immediately. I am not going to use smartphone to enjoy only 2g. Daily network fluctuations from 4g to ,3g 2g . Fed-up with this.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS this damn worse service ever…. Been asking to sort out my issue regarding no signal no service at all on my mobile since yesterday and complained on all sources and feedback platforms on #Vi #idea but still no action taking by this company.

    @ViCustomerCare Have texted my alt no. Pls ask your tech team not to suggest the same old Ideas sirji - change the sim slot, change phone, restart, save new network settings, network inside & outside the house, etc. Have wasted enough time on those!!!

    @DoT_India Any update on this issue? @JioCare @ViCustomerCare not responded. And no improvement in network coverage i already shared location with both service provider. But they aren't serious to resolve this issue
