We suffered great mental stress owing to not having a net connection during our trip.And now you have disconnected service. SHAME!

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare - i still have same issue despite raised multiple service requests and closed by customer care team. I don’t understand how can a service request can be closed without resolution. Every time i complain they raise a new service request and give a new date

    @ViCustomerCare should be known for worst services . Despite being in the service industry and losing customers month on month wondering why they are not taking learning or improving their services. Trying to connect since morning for no network but no response
