    @ViCustomerCare @iamkanshubh Totally agree. Vodafone idea should be reported it's been an horrendous experience porting a number with people calling and literally begging to stay. Then getting rude if I say I want to leave. Worst experience ever.

    @ViCustomerCare My parents visited to port out from Airtel prepaid. Insensitive executive duped them by selling postpaid plan. They we’re looking for stable network, now they will pay more for services which are not useful. How low on earth you can go!! @DoT_India @TRAI

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I received a call from +919348728071 telling that he's from VI Customer Care team, asking me to install team viewer and give him access of my mobile screen. Is this a legit process or is it a fraud number? He disconnected the call on enquiring further.

    @ViCustomerCare I am really disappointed in vi service, i have been complaining since last year regarding internet speed in my locality but no action has been taken by your side. Vi claims of #Giganet fastest net and Customer service priority but they are all fake assumptions.
