    @ViCustomerCare West of money on vi network, Change immediately vi to airtel network. 0kb internet speed at my area just take money from customers and also can't receive call from other because of vi network

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing network issue and call drop for every single call also the network keeps switching to 2g every time I have made a complaint but it has not resolved yet and you keep telling me that my recharge is expired. I don't know how you can't understand problem.

    @ViCustomerCare have some decency to reply to corporate customer’s grievances. It has been more than 2 months and your team is not able to revert on DLT registration, payment was done in advance. Let me know if you are not able to handle it.
