    @ViCustomerCare Have you started burglary now? My account deducted by Rs50 for some value pack for which I have never opted. Just got a message that Rs. 50 deducted. Even your complaints team is not aware of this value pack.. Such a shame on #vodafoneidea #refundmymoneyback

    @ViCustomerCare Brilliant customer care!!! Still unresolved. I had to go and get a duplicate sim. And it's still not working. Might as well try porting to some other provider.
