    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India This is ridiculous. Vi number +919582050404 has made nearly 18,000 spam calls in 60 days. TRAI bans regular numbers for marketing. Stop the excuses and shut it down.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi team, I was told by your representative that my Vi Postpaid order was created, but I do not want any Postpaid connection at present. I never gave consent to convert/activate Postpaid. Please cancel Order DCHD14082630397 immediately and ensure that no Postpaid

    @ViCustomerCare the SIM only delivers 3G or 4G speeds. My request to Vi is this: if you offer a 5G plan, ensure the service quality matches the capability so that customers don't have to constantly toggle 'Flight Mode' to get a connection. I believe that if a customer is loyal to the company,

    @ViCustomerCare my wife went to get duplicate sim in model town jalandhar office and the executive there send request ti port her jio number also to vodaphobe without explaining her all the details. Now she wants us to visit again to her office. Pathetic service
