    @ViCustomerCare your team has closed the Internet Network complaint with reference no. KAR-V00539709190 And at my side the issue still persists. How can the issue be closed without providing resolution? Is this the service I expect after being user from last 10 Years?

    @ViCustomerCare It is very sad that in this 21st century also your company is not providing any 4G services at my location(Pin-786188). Vi claims to provide fastest internet but it's no use if majority does enjoy your service. @airtelindia @reliancejio give some marketing tips.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear sir /madam. Upon many requests from past many months to convert my postpaid to prepaid or cancel if thats not possible but you delay the process and move it to next bill cycle and again asking us to pay the bill. pls asst.
