    @TRAI @VodafoneIN I am Vodafone postpaid customer. Vodafone is billing huge amounts in the name of international SMS which I have not used. Customer care is not helping. Please let me know where I have to file complaint.

    @VodafoneIN, I have been facing speed issue with network for quite some time now, have raised tickets, talked to customer care, visited Vodafone store complaining regarding the speed issue but still no solution yet, at the same place @reliancejio is giving better speed. Pls check

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare That's fine & thanks for your concern but stil I don't have any privacy problem. Pls do solve the issue ASAP. Raising complaint is not at all solving. Yesterday I got call support they asked about the issue & said that will callback. Til now I did not get call.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been contacted with customer care support and also with store, and raised a complaint. Now the complaint status is closed and still the issue presist.

    @ViCustomerCare Kindly fix the 4g network it was working so smoothly y'all have messed up the 4g network after launching 5g. For 5g I have to literally be outside. At the moment I'm not even getting 1 mbps on 4g. Kindly check on it for Virar region.

    @ViCustomerCare I am the one using this SIM and paying for all recharges, so why can’t you verify it with my documents? I don’t even know the original owner or whether he is still alive. What is the logic in asking for someone else’s documents in this situation? Please resolve this issue urgent

Make your decision if you want to lose a customer of 12 years because of your greed. @AdityaBirlaGrp didn't expect this from you. Disappointed that you are allowing these crooks.
