    @ViCustomerCare looks like my phone number has been hacked. When people dial. A number they get a loan recover WhatsApp from, it goes to my (unrelated) number. Your customer care is not responding. Please help. This is very disturbing.

    @ViCustomerCare I said, everytime your executive told me that “Our Network team will resolve your speed connectivity issue.” then for 2 days speed provided by vi is superb. But,ASA port validity expires, Max. speed provided is 25 to 50 KB. We all (25 to 40 Vi users) have same issue at residence.

    @ViCustomerCare Best se behtar kaise banega Vi,if customercare executive hangs down the call ,while customer is talking about the inconvinience of vi number ,network issues. whoever the concerned Vi Authority reading this tweet,should look into the matter.

    @ViCustomerCare I raised a complaint regarding the v store when the forced me to buy a family pack when I only needed a one number..later after raising the complaint they changed my plan from family to singular plan. However I hv been getting calls for the pymt of the secondary
