Since long I am complaining but no resolution come out from Vodafone. We are facing headache & wasting time for redials. Why calls are connected in second attempt.

Within just one month, the number was permanently deactivated. This wasn’t just any number it belonged to my late father, and I had kept it active as a cherished memory. Your executives are literally scammers who unnecessarily force postpaid connections on customers. I expect a proper explanation and an immediate investigation into how a 16-year-old number could be permanently deactivated so quickly?? And help me to get it back asap.
