    Absolutely sick of this. @ViCustomerCare , my SIM is basically a useless piece of plastic right now. I can’t make calls, I can’t receive calls, and the internet is completely dead. I am totally cut off. Why am I even paying for this "service"? Fix this ASAP! 😡 #ViDown

    I don't understand why this number of mine with Vi keeps getting suspended. If they can't fix the issue, they should just release the number so I can get it from another provider; the number is very important to me.@ViCustomerCare @vicu
