Vi telecom as to work hard on there app ... It always crashes down .. Doesn't push over the updates.. Always laggy.. User interface is trash. Being a good company it's high time they should care about there users . @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdeaIN #tech #network #viindia

@ViCustomerCare I done all the necessary steps it’s required and also I tried the steps u suggested in DM but none of that is really works & still I can’t see the progress and get the network on my sim would like to solve this issue ASAP. Very important for me to get the network on my sim back

@ViCustomerCare first time I’m facing international roaming issues with you. I tried chatting and no use - zero signal in Armenia despite booking ₹3999 pack. If it doesn’t work, you shouldn’t charge me. But vi app says it’s non-refundable - if it doesn’t work, why take payment?
