    @ViCustomerCare i faced network problem everyday i was complaint against this problem many times right now no one can resolve it. Very bad cellular network. I felt my past network provider better than 200 Times. Shame on using vi sim.

    On suggestion fm Chennai customer care service today, I am at VI store to verify SIM card & SLOT1 work. As per the store support Chirag Maradia,SIM is new, it's in SLOT1 & signals here are strong. Acc to them, my area network is Poor & they have many complain. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare team, why your customers representative harassing the customer. I had received a call from your representative to pay my bill early. Why should I pay my bill before my due date. My bill due date is 8th Aug 2022.

    @ViCustomerCare after too many complaints, finally its the time to install new towers. So request the team to please install a tower in my area. So that i can get atleast 2 bars in my house. From 2018 i am just complaining. No resolution. Pls contact me

    @ViCustomerCare earlier due to your representative behavior I ported my Sim. Now the worst customers experience iam facing withVI. Iwill never suggest my known to useVI services. I can mention thenumber here from which I received thecall but due to privacy I'm not mentioning it.
