He used to receive no support from the team whenever some issue arises. Then finally he moved to @reliancejio and the experience is amazing so far. The quality of service is far better from other operators 👍

pvv (@PralhadVernekar) reported@ViCustomerCare I was asked to get my sim changed by a support person. At Vi Store Aundh, Pune, I was asked for KYC. Name in VI records is different. Exec told me that KYC can not be done with OLD black and white PAN. If I-Tax dept is ok with Old PAN, what is the issue for VI?

You’ve advertised delivery in 24 hrs on your website and on call you said that it will take 72 hrs, which is false advertising. On top of that, your customer care executives only knows Hindi
