    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare PLEASE DON'T SWITCH TO VI.THEY HAD BLOCKED MY NUMBER WITH NO REASON. I WAS HAVING RECHARGE AND USING THIS NUMBER ACTIVELY.AND WHEN I CONTACT ANY CUSTOMER CARE THEY TELL TO VISIT VI STORE. WHEN I VISITED VI STORE FROM 5 DAYS THEY ARE TELLING IT IS STILL IN PROCESS

    @ViCustomerCare I am now little appalled at the customer service support. I have called up the appellate authority 20 times with no response. My 1st complaint was closed without a resolution. I am not sure how you are even running this business with such poor customer support. Cc @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare No, your Engineers are not working only fooling the customers. Facing a problem from last 22 months, raised several complaints but your Engineers are failed to understand and resolve the issue. So now I decided to port all my VI numbers to Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare hope calla for today are over, as per exp as per ur process who guys min attempt 3 times and later keep ur self legally safe, don't know what all this solves for u but it's creating mental trauma for me. Poor process, poor exp @DoT_India @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare your customer service is worst than hell, I have ever experienced in my life. A single issue is unsolved since 6 months. Your cust care agents disconnects call after long hold. Now I got to know why people port to another network! I am your 10 year old cust but!!
