I am using vi sim. I have a issue. When I sent sms then vi internet connection goes off automatically. After a minute internet on. I have visited to vi gallery but they don't know how to solve problem. @ViCustomerCare

@trai @ViCustomerCare if u r not give the network then u should pay back the money even if it is 2hour also cause we pay r tax n service tax increases price with tax included then y nt pay the customer with what money u have take bad service also penalties to company by train

@hoopoe_is_here @vodafoneIN Welcome to Goa! When in Goa always carry two sims Airtel and Vodafone and hope at least one gets network. Both are pathetic tho.

If while calling me, the constant IVR you are getting is that my ‘number does not exist’ you may either send me a WhatsApp/email or join me in pleading to @ViCustomerCare to kindly pay heed to the 2-back to back complaints registered to solve the issue. #JanHitMainJaari
