    @ViCustomerCare : Your Sales People are duping / lying to get Customer Ported & then charge them higher amounts on postpaid plans. Stop this sort of Ethics . Even your IVR people are Lying & closing complaints . VI don't believe in Relationship.

    @ViCustomerCare what does it take to provide a better network in a city like Bangalore? Being a postpaid customer & paying hefty bills that you charge is not able to get proper network and 4G data. What are you guys doing? At this age and time your network sucks!
