I issued this SIM 9696851122 to your Ghanta Ghar Road Hardoi store twice but it could not be started due to some technical reason, for which they said I would issue it from Lucknow Chintal House but went there too many times but could not start both. @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare worst service provider of India.. I urge everyone not to recharge their number with this service provider. They just cheated me..customer care representative just lie to customer on behalf of getting them recharge their Vodafone number.

@ViCustomerCare Have been using Vodafone for last 15 years or more, but seems time to say good bye to Vodafone now. A big time failure on network connectivity, Internet connection. does not work when actually needed.

@ViCustomerCare @Hungama_Play (1) Almost 2 month later, finally my issues got solved. I think, If the employee of VI Store (Barasat, WB, 700124) was more co-oparative to me then I have to face less trouble. Although my problem regarding Circle change and VOLTE issue got sloved.

@ViCustomerCare @ViVodaidea @VodafoneGroup I m very much disappointed,kind of service Vi is providing. There is no solution or escalation mechanism to resolve cus. complain. I tried plenty of times to upgrade postpaid plan bt even cust care didnt resolve since last week.

@ViCustomerCare One of the easiest way of losing customers is to keep irritating them by sending flash messages every 5 minutes. Pretty annoying I'd say. Wonder if people at your customer care actually CARE!
