@ViCustomerCare 4G network not proper in the area. It leads to switching between 2G and 4G. Whenever I am on a voice call on 4G the other party complains of improper voice.

@ViCustomerCare, i have been trying to register a complaint against unauthorized deduction from my prepaid account. the service guys are transferring the call to their managers and i have no responses from them. i have called today 4 times and have recording but no response.

@ViCustomerCare Vodafone has really started harassing customers, I recharged yesterday and am yet to receive the benefits after innumerable calls and email to apellate authority (Jharkhand). IS THERE NO SOLUTION TO MY WOES, IS VODAFONE DEAF TO ITS CUSTOMERS
