@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India VI has started abusing users by forcing them to recharge higher amount just for basic sms service. Previously, sms service was available with recharge of Rs. 49 and above. However, VI has now removed basic sms service from all lower recharge.

@ViCustomerCare Registered my concern on July 19, it is Aug 10 and still no word on when i will get my payment back, try defaulting even 1 day even in their postpaid plan and they will be after your life for their money, well this is how they treat you when they owe you money!

@ViCustomerCare from yesterday evening vi network is not working properly and i recharged my number with RS699. Not only my sim but every sim is not working even my father also using VI and he also facing the same issue. I spoke to the customer care but they not responding to me.

@ViCustomerCare No one from your team could connect with me as there is hardly network on my vidafone sim and they cannot connect with me on my alternate number as they are not allowed to do so. N u guys are just adding amount to my bill instead of sorting the issue. Claps to Vodafone idea team
