    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoIndia @ViCustomerCare cheated my money Rs. 10,000 to activate international roaming pack, and refused to pay back after inactivation of the international pack. Called them more than 20 times NO one resolved the issue, just dragging it.

    @ViCustomerCare i haven't used your internet for the whole month i dont want your network or sim kindly refund my whole recharge amount as i was unable to surf internet just because of you,even i have to chat with jio sim network to do the complaints @TRAI kindly ban this

    @ViCustomerCare shocking service. Lost my sim 3 weeks ago and put in a request. They gave me a new sim which does not have any network. Nobody at VI has any idea what the problem is. Shocking. Planning to port to either JIO or Airtel.
