    @ViCustomerCare i am unable to recieve any calls from any number. I have raised a complaint previously but my issue still persists. It says calls to my number are forwarded to another number but no call forwarding is active on my end. My SR with reference number KOL-V01151668597

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service. Sim replacement ordered in morning but new sim still not activated and call center asks to visit vi store again Mobile off for 2 days.
