    @ViCustomerCare I have port in from @Airtel_Presence to Vodafone(postpaid) but now I am not able to convert it to prepaid connection. Earlier I have postpaid connection. customer care I was told that it will get changed but now gallerywala is saying to wait 3 months

    @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to receive text messages since this morning and everything is IVR on your customer care number that only lets me enquire about my data and plan. I will port put of Vi if nothing is done, I've had enough!
