@ViCustomerCare iam recently using your Sim card , you are the worst network company i have ever seen in my life . I was port my Airtel number into Vi in hope of that Vi network is the best but now i realise that the worst internet supplier is Vi @airtelindia good.& #Vi_is_worst

Hello @ViCustomerCare I struggle to find network while all my family members have full network in a village that i have came. No one can call me or i cannot call anyone or use internet. Care to explain why? And please dont tell customer care to call me. Read tweet carefully why.

@ViCustomerCare Switched from Jio to Vi due to a Network issue but Vi is more tragic. Companies are moving to 5g Network. Vi still has 2G (E) internet. It automatically switches to 2G, Jio has Volte Network but Vi doesn't. Problem is not getting internet services on a 2G network

@ViCustomerCare Had 3 numbers on my family plan and was harassed over calls to get 4th number despite escalating the issue in different forums. Calls never stopped so I got the 4th sim when I went to the VI store for some other work. Now I'm getting calls to add a 5th number! What is happening!?
