@ViCustomerCare beautiful service by vi my outgoing calls have been blocked beacause of mismanagement of vi app and your wonderful customer service team is helpless asking me to wait for 7 days without calls this is the only sim card i have used u have 1 day or else i am porting

@ViCustomerCare As i recently talked to your technical support team , they said that the distance of cell tower is too much far from you area,the signal coverage is not possible. So please fix this problem as soon as possible. And I hope you won't lose me.

@ViCustomerCare I just bought a special number for Rs. 2000 from a VI Mini Store. Issue is the person Mr. Gajanand Sharma took the Rs. 2300 (Rs 300 as deposit) and even after 36 hours haven't given me the SIM Card. I can DM my number, the number i bought and the person's number.

Dear @ViCustomerCare I had requested port out from VI, then I got a call from vi and they offered to waive off the full amount of last month's bill to cancel the port out request. I accepted the request and canceled the port out but after 24 hours we got only 1000 discount.

@ViCustomerCare,In the PIN 560034 fr the last 6 to 8 months, the internet speed has been too bad. I raised many concerns through the VI app, and always I.m getting calls asking the same Qs asked, assuring me of the fix. the next day ticket has been closed as it's resolved.
