Every month if payment is delaying just for 1 day, we get charged late fees. But on the name of service Vodafone is totally deaf. I am not even able to browse basic web, no internet despite of paying for it.

And whenever we call their customer care, they always say. You chose this service. Is this your new way of making money as your customers are switching to other services.

One can get better service in other operators @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @Idea i personally suggest not to buy Airtel services.

That's why they collect money this way. I wonder elderly people using vodafone, how do they manage this situation. Koi na koi bakra fas jaata hai.
