@ViCustomerCare Dear network, your service is very poor, there is a lot of lack of good networks in our area due to which I am having a lot of trouble using the net or making calls, please bother to get it correct or will have to be ported to another network.

@ViCustomerCare #Don't Suggest #Vi to others, Fighting for my hard earned money. VAS auto activation happens when mobile not in use. Frequently amount is deducted for VAS .This is my 2nd tweet for the same issue.. Hope some one from your team will seriously look into it.

@ViCustomerCare Hi there is serive got activated named jetsynt_thelolclub to my vi no. without my permission & money got deducted from my balance. I don't even don't know what is it.Deactivate the service ASAP & refund the amount and make sure to not repeat it next time. DMed no.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare 2 years have passed and even today vodafone tells me that my area isn't covered properly. I face regular issues of call drop & I can't even receive OTPs for online payments, vaccine registeration, etc on my Vi postpaid number. #disappointed #vi #vodafoneidea
