@ViCustomerCare Don't think that customers are fool. You guys always ask some bullshit questions and then give some fancy deadlines everytime. I m putting tweets from November 2022 and still this problem hasn't been solved. Even BSNL is providing better service than u. 😖😖

@geekyranjit On eSim for quite a while,only issue is when you switch to a new phone you need to get a physical Sim or do the esim process again transfer of esim to another phone should be made easy by the operators.And hightime @ViCustomerCare start providing esim option for prepaid as well.

VI prepaid sim just went off all of a sudden. VI store forces me to go postpaid. They deactivate the sim without my consent. Now they say the number is not available. Caused me 1 month of financial loss 😞 extremely disappointed being a very old faithful customer @ViCustomerCare
