    I’m extremely disappointed with your service. I spoke to your customer care team, but unfortunately, their response and support were just as poor as the network service itself. I have been facing continuous issues and have reached a point of complete frustration. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Advertising with SRK is senseless.. when network is not stable like airtel.. i dont know how much you pay for SRK but with that money you can seriously fix atleast my area signal strength problem..

    @ViCustomerCare Is this the change you have got? Really? We are expecting something that benefits customers who want to switch from other network. Since Airtel has raised minimum recharge plan to Rs.350/- We assume that you won't do the same mistake.

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately
