    @ViCustomerCare Its time to move from VI to other services as Vi Is not ready to help or resolve my issue really pathetic service. Kolkata Dalhousie store is not helping me not even store manager subhanjan ghosh is not ready to meet me for my queries. Such behaviour by VI Store.

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp Ready to on board to vodafone, but need little better servcie, call and internet servcie. Which slight improvement u can diminish jio, cause they are just eating good old name with poor service.

    Is everyone complaining about Vi deduction towards Handset Inbuilt Games? @ViCustomerCare what are you playing at? Why are my numbers being charged for something I never opted for? I want money refunded back

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Mugisuddin, I didn't receive a call from you but Ms. Shruti called. Surprisingly, there was no quality issues with any of the calls (2 calls-Vi & 1 call-AirTel). However, I made a call from Vi few minutes back and had poor call quality as usual. Temporary fixes wont work!
