  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India This is ridiculous. Vi number +919582050404 has made nearly 18,000 spam calls in 60 days. TRAI bans regular numbers for marketing. Stop the excuses and shut it down.

  @ViCustomerCare I already tried calling 199, but I could not find a clear option to speak with a customer-care representative regarding an accidental recharge. As a customer, it is extremely frustrating when there is no straightforward way to report such an issue and request a reversal.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many agents will send the same “please DM us” message? This is not support, this is damage control. Disconnect the spam number and confirm it here. TRAI and DoT should also stop ignoring this.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare always say they are working on it -> moved it to high priority -> has escalated issue bla bla bla and does not even have a ticketing system or even a reference number for the complaint. A scam is being carried out in return of customer care. That is how you know
