    @ViCustomerCare @moneycontrolcom in terms of customer service, vi is failing on basics.why would FIIs would invest in vi? Customer service is poorest at international level, I have used bad telecom products but vi is exceptionaly bad in customer service

    @ViCustomerCare in nallasopara east area no network coverage of VI can you update or give any update regarding this. Where network will restored. And atleast we can make a call

    Dear @ViCustomerCare,You can sell new SIMs online with digital KYC, but can’t issue an eSIM to a genuine overseas customer with a dead SIM. Instead, you ask us to fly back to India or force a family member onto a 4-month postpay plan just to keep the number. 💩 customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Shruti ma'am. Now limit for dm is over. When recharge is pending you continuously msg and call the users to do recharge. So why I should not update your service on daily basis? No network then refund my money. Or its ur duty to provide network. It's been 4 months w/o network

    Day 18 of asking Vi to provide the internet service I'm paying for. Months of complaints and no resolution. The same slow internet. The complaint is marked resolved but the experience says otherwise. How many more months?? 🐌 #Vi #SlowInternet @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia
