    @ViCustomerCare Since the moment I submitted my request at airtel, I have received 100 calls from Vodafone. Each time requesting me to cancel the request. During one of the similar calls, the Vodafone store executive told me that first they have to convert my postpaid number to prepaid.

    Port out option should b available 2 customers even if they don't have validity/balance in their account. Ppl choose to port out option only when u are not happy with service provider. Why would one keep doing recharge 2 port out from a particular network @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Just now, plan changed to incorrect one. Called customer service, as usual system is down to check. No wonder this condition of Vi. #UnbelievableVi

    This is the third time in past two weeks that @ViCustomerCare has no network in area pincode 781315. Just so so frustrated with Vodafone and this is not just me everyone using Vodafone has the same complaint that vodafone network has so much disturbance.

    It's time to leave Vi and everyone knows why. The moment I applied porting, Vi reduced my network speed. Such a pathetic network. @ViCustomerCare
