@ViCustomerCare Vi still doesn’t offer prepaid plan queuing like Jio & Airtel. Recharging early causes loss of validity — a basic feature missing in 2025. Users deserve better. Please fix this across all circles, including Kolkata. #ViIndia #Prepaid #UserFeedback
