    @ViCustomerCare Very bad and poor quality customer support they didn't know how to talk to a customer they were very rude to me I want to tell every vi customer please leave the vi .. network now they are fraud.they are always not able to resolve customer support.

    @ViCustomerCare I am extremely disappointed with your service. I will not use a Vi SIM anymore, and I will not allow my children to use it either. If they do not listen to me, I would rather donate my property to charity than give it to them. I do not understand the logic behind the deactivation

    @ViCustomerCare I’m using a VI 5G unlimited plan on my Realme device in Sarkhej, Ahmedabad (Gujarat). My phone shows a 5G network, but data is still being deducted from my daily pack instead of unlimited 5G. I’ve already raised a complaint, but the issue isn’t resolved yet.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I have deleted my number from the timeline as advised. My mobile number is 7311152557. I have already paid my postpaid bill yesterday (payment successful), but my number is still showing no network. This is causing serious inconvenience. Kindly restore my services urgently

    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to delete it. I am serious about the same as we are paying the same amount which airtel n jio subscribers pay them for a good speed 5G network. I need better Speed currently it is 5mbps. Too much interference on this area
