  @ViCustomerCare Hi , If I have an active plan with validity, will I get missed call SMS alerts? Is MCI free? The ₹45 pack says "Vi App alerts only". Please clarify difference between ₹45 pack vs MCI SMS service.

  @DoT_India @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Force Vi to stop this. Regular numbers like +919076025343 are still being used for sales spam. Under what provision is this allowed? Issue a clear direction to Vi now.

  @ViCustomerCare I never authorized this subscription. When I questioned the charge and requested proof of my consent/activation, I was told that I must pay the amount whether I used the service or not.I was also told that if I port my number to another network,the ₹210.17 would not be refunded

  @ViCustomerCare Please clarify if my order is for a new postpaid SIM or MNP—I need a direct answer, not a copy-pasted template. If support can't give a simple yes/no, starting with Vi is already proving useless. Hoping for a real answer. @BSNLCorporate are you available in Delhi NCR?

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare messaged me that the issue was escalated and resolved but what was the resolution? Unclear??? Instead they just sent me a link to do a new recharge. Peak customer negligence and leaving them to buy new packs. I am requesting to port my number. Pls lmk the steps.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare My complaint number C004-190157208568 I want a refund since the service that was promised to me was never provided and i have already paid for the subscription. Today marks two days without any calls (incoming and outgoing). Else will go to ombudsman.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Still no response? If this is your service before my SIM is even active, it is better to refund my payment. I will port to Jio or Airtel. Totally disgusting and pathetic service. Tried calling and emailing, but nothing works.

  @ViCustomerCare We experienced a worst time with your company. We took a mobile number which is facing issues from the start. Now without consent you have suspended the number looks like wasted interest from the store.
