    @ViCustomerCare My sim was not working for 1 week. I went to ViStore, Sanjay Palace, Agra. They told me that I have to move it from prepaid to postpaid, and was giving a lot of excuses and reasons to do that.

    @ViCustomerCare My issue is still not resolved. The number 18001201111 does not work. VI Team asked me visit store. VI did not care for new customers also. Mistake is from the VI Team. Even VI team entered wrong details of in CAF. Tkt. GUJ-V01102321296, GUJ-V01102459708, and GUJ-V01102507182.

    @ViCustomerCare I was ur old customer who used to recharge with unlimited plan. Me and my wife, both are unable to use our internet since last few weeks as it's too slow for playing any video. Will port to @airtelindia if by the end of our recharge tenure problem isn't resolved.
