Everyday reply to the mail use to come in 1-2 hours, today I written humble request so after a day also there is no response from @ViCustomerCare and @ViBusinessIndia on my mail and They have Slogan of "Happy to Help". I remember English Govt Stories now.

@ViCustomerCare I've raised a complaint since 6th March about poor connectivity & browsing issues in my own house. I've raised such a complaint earlier as well in December 2020. No respite. Is your team going to be able to fix the issue or do I need to port to @reliancejio?
