    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I did paid 3 month's bill (post paid) in lockdown when my simcard was damaged. Did sent multiple emails, never replied to my questions. I paid the money and moved on. Idea is worst in customer care.

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I have regular issues with Voda & the database issue you mention, identical! Their service is JUST TERRIBLE. When they say will revert, they call at their convenience once, or maybe not even that. But if you can't speak then too bad. It's their convenience all the way......

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Was given to someone else. It is nothing but harassment since customer ported his no. All the time I dealt in person with VI shop in Green Park, ND 16. Since our customer care system is notorious, I decided to escalate using e mail. But probably some things will never change.

    Hello, @ViCustomerCare. #VodafoneIdea I'd like to file a complaint against a member of your support team from Rajasthan. I made a 699 recharge based on the incorrect information he provided, and his senior was unable to resolve my query as well. It was a terrible experience.
