    @Surojit82485928 @utsavtechie I agree that they provide best Deals like Binge all Night and Weekend data rollover but there network quality is very bad. I recently Ported to @ViCustomerCare but there network quality is even poorer than Vi. Slow Speeds and Call drops. I raised complaints but no solutions.

    @ViCustomerCare its been more than 50 days since I am following up against reference number <UPE-V00570599227> which has not resolved since 11th Aug 2021, my internet is getting down in every 15 to 20 minutes and it's not usable at all to me. Please escalate it to your top level

    @harikrishna_si @ViCustomerCare They have serious routing and dns reslover issues, and traffic also goes through many hops which increase latency and jitter. You have to keep using vpn, try using open or couldfare dns and see if they helps.

    @ViCustomerCare I think you guys need to close the company and start sitting in front of temple....... From last 4 day my mom's 2G phone have better network then my 4g the only difference is mom don't have VI sim. World is growing and our VI is now try to go back to 2G and 3G
