@ViCustomerCare If you need to link an email address to your customer's account, make an effort to get it from your customer instead of randomly keying in someone else's email. I've been a customer for 10+ years & this has been a constant problem for me.

@ViCustomerCare It's been more than 2 months my 2 post paid number are not working complained there is no response to any of my complaints. I am feeling very bad it's 6 year I am using this network , service is very poor no one is giving any response to my query .

@ViCustomerCare @akshayamoondra None of your technical team contacted me. And in every 2 days they are closing the SR and extending the resolution date by registering new complaint. I would have moved to some other network but its my bad luck that i'm unable to receive the UPC code.

@ViCustomerCare Every evening there is an issue with internet connection. When called customer care they tell to restart or reinsert the sim, once my network was even connected to Karnataka, and each time they come up with a different change in network setting.

@ViCustomerCare Every Vi customer care representative know only two lines, 1. Can we put your call on hold 2. Hum behad shama chahate hai ki aapko yeh samasya aa rhi hai They only know to put the call on hold and say the second line, they don't know the solution for your issue
