    @ViCustomerCare there is no network coverage. Even for 2G. Unable to rcv OTP SMS. Could you please check with your network analysis team. No call, no internet ,no SMS. pathetic coverage.

    @ViCustomerCare Its a good thing/decision that I have started using @BSNLCorporate sim for standby mob Vi sim means slow net problem/time consuming & irritating After lodging complaints4-5times Vi could not fix it till date Loading Dwnloading-OMG!!!Horrible

    @ViCustomerCare the feedback i get "we are very sorry", we will take strict action against the employee. But in this whole transaction the consumer be at a loss its not my problem. We would continue the same with others. Hats off to your dedication.
