@ViCustomerCare Complaint ref. no. GUJ-V00439452198. Till 9th May Internet was working fine. It stopped working on 10th. On 12th you say my location is not covered adequately. My question is : if Internet was working till 9th how suddenly my location is not covered adequately ?

@ViCustomerCare Thank you, make sure app allows customers to put query by own as not all query covered by bot.... customer care to reply in spexific time or else no meanings sometime it's gone...

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN Few days back I tweeted again about bad network from vodafone in a proper city area, they contacted me and raised a complaint but till now its nil battey sannata, probably they're not able to reach me bcoz of their 3rd class network, what an irony
