@ViCustomerCare In between I am writing these msgs it takes approx 2-3 minutes in changing status sending to sent. What a quality internet service you are providing. N number of complaints in last few months but result zero. Nahi chahiye bhai. Rakho apni service.

@ViCustomerCare Dear Vi Team, I have already submitted all the required documents, the self-declaration form, and my device details (EID/IMEI) for my mobile number Despite multiple follow-ups over email, chat, and social media, my request is still pending. This delay is highly unacceptable and is causing me serious inconvenience abroad, as I am unable to receive banking OTPs and essential services. If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to @TRAI and @DoT_India and raise it across social media platforms for wider visibility. I request you to treat this as high priority and activate my eSIM without any further delay.

These Vodafone people should shut down the company, you get such expensive recharge done but there is no benefit, it works a little outside but at home neither the talk nor the internet works. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare terrible international roaming service. Within a span of less than 1 hour, I got a report telling me that first 20% of my data has been used and then 50% has been used. Mind you, the first 20% was used after 5 days of travelling
