    @ViCustomerCare issue raise 20 days before and every time I called customer care , they are saying same like : "Your issue is opened, it will resolved within 24 hrs". But from last 20 days no update on the issue. Is anyone really looking into the issue ?? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer care nos are practically non-functional for real issues. 24*7 whatsapp support is merely a AI which provides very general options. Sent a mail. Got one call. But no follow up. No registration of complaint notified. No response. Dead end since 2 days.
