    Absolutely sick of this. @ViCustomerCare , my SIM is basically a useless piece of plastic right now. I can’t make calls, I can’t receive calls, and the internet is completely dead. I am totally cut off. Why am I even paying for this "service"? Fix this ASAP! 😡 #ViDown

    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.
