I am absolutely fed up with this network issue of @ViCustomerCare . It shows full bars of 4G but your internet doesn’t work at all. Have to put phone on flight mode every 10 seconds. Then why in the world this company provides service? We pay our bills and you don’t deliver!

@ViCustomerCare Serious system issue related Relationship No. 171398147 of Vodafone idea. Customer service has trying since last week and every time asking for three more days to resolve the complaint. Even an another issue below msg complaint reference number C004-115375109649 is registered.
