    @ViCustomerCare I am a NRI and dont have more time here in pune but since last 2 days just wasting my time and no solution on my concern. I have raised request for post2Pre and now received msg that its not possible. And I don't know the reason. I need urgent solution on this concern.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been raising issue with my vi simcard since last week that I am not able to send any messages on any number even though I have already have pack necessary.I have also mailed it but the issue was resolved without any resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare I dont want your same DMs saying "this is our policy of delinking" .. Write your explanations RIGHT HERE - HOW YOU WANT TO HELP/COMPENSATE A CUSTOMER WHO WAS GIVEN FAMILY PLAN BY YOUR STORE MANAGER KEEPING HER IN DARK ABOUT THE EXTRA PAYMENT AND DELINKING COMPLICATIONS ..

    @ViCustomerCare Chandani - in your response I still didnt get the information on - 1. Why the blood relation thing was not known and communicated by your employee to me ? 2. Why am I being penalised and harassed for information gap between you and your other employees ? 3. How do you plan to compensate a long term loyal customer for the trouble caused by your INFORMATION GAP.

    @Akshit_Sar @ViCustomerCare To use unlimited 5G, the network must be connected to 5G band not 5G mode. To check this, use netmonster app.

    @ViCustomerCare Very very poor service, zero network at pin code 799101 and unable to even generate UPC to port the number. Customer care person is also very rude and unsupportive.
