    @ViCustomerCare Responded to multiple Vi personal calls and clearly communicated the voice call concerns, time of concerns, available time at home but nobody seems from vodafone to listen the customer voice and keep making their own statement and conclusion. Solution has not yet arrived

    @ViCustomerCare has been making a fool out of me since the last 15 days making me call every day and providing wrong info on calls. I have paid for @PrimeVideoIN in my vi bill but team vi tells me it's on hold or gives some excuse as they aren't able to figure the issue out.

    @ViCustomerCare dissatisfied with Kolkata Customer care. My mother needed assistance in international roaming. There was no clear guidance from the customer care and she ended up spending thousands of rupees yet the roaming is not active. Extremely frustrated with this experience
