    Yesterday i decided to shift from jio to vi but this is the worst decision i feel very regret very less speed i am getting the message on WhatsApp taking 20 sec to deliver the message i am student i have to watch the online lectures but so many buffering is there @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately
