    @ViCustomerCare Struggle continues.. Support agent is again asking me to try steps from Apple website. #VI team just doesnt want to solve the problem. Apple Support Clearly mentioned that VI prepaid is not sending international SMS to apple server to active at iMessage #iphone

    @ViCustomerCare Lost corporate SIM. Got new one 20 days back from nearby VI store. SIM not activated till date.Your store people are absolutely useless in helping a simple SIM activation.Multiple level of emails sent for activation. My final attempt here to seek help.

    It's time to switch to other network. Very pathetic service provided by @ViCustomerCare in our area. You guys should provide stable internet first and then show ads of India's fastest 4G.

    @ViCustomerCare Hopeless customer care and Engineers since 60 days i am having issues regarding sending SMS ur coustmer care give fake promise and problem remains unresolved lots of people in our area have ported to other networks, My n0 9226866252 alternate 8788720110 .

    @ViCustomerCare Hi. This used to work before I ported my SIM card. It works on all other SIM. I also checked with Apple care - they said the issue is with the network provider. Kindly escalate this issue. I’m being charged for numerous SMS being sent from my phone due to this.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI from last 2 hours VI 4G VoLTE speed is really slow YouTube, website are buffer too much after on and off aeroplane mode situation not changed very bad service yesterday also the same problem I faced
