    Yesterday i decided to shift from jio to vi but this is the worst decision i feel very regret very less speed i am getting the message on WhatsApp taking 20 sec to deliver the message i am student i have to watch the online lectures but so many buffering is there @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India The network of your vi gigante creating big problem since 15 days. Always speed of net slowdown after few minute of running. Worst network of india 😠😠

    @ViCustomerCare recharged with 3495/- on my wife’s vi number 8826314233. But as soon as she landed in Europe (Zurich, Switzerland) this sim is out of service. We have tried manual selection of n/w as well it is switching to auto select and giving error.Need refund. 📞9413717821.

    @ViCustomerCare Chandani - in your response I still didnt get the information on - 1. Why the blood relation thing was not known and communicated by your employee to me ? 2. Why am I being penalised and harassed for information gap between you and your other employees ? 3. How do you plan to compensate a long term loyal customer for the trouble caused by your INFORMATION GAP.

    @ViCustomerCare What response do you want from me? Your agent Akash told me that someone from his team will contact me but three days have passed and no one has called! The email address given in help line doesn’t respond. Your care for customers is fake.

    Previously I was thinking why @ViCustomerCare not gaining customers in a market like india where only 3 major pvt players exist. But after ordering a SIM I came to know that they can't match the service level of airte & Jio. They are just in a ventilator.

    @ViCustomerCare since morning, I can't see any network on my mobile,. Tried setting network manually not working, tried restarting mobile not working, tried enable and disable mobile not working, removed sim card, clean it still not working Is it Global issue or only me?

    Still waiting for a proper resolution/refund despite sharing all details, tickets, and explaining that SIM exchange is not possible because the original owner is outside India. Requesting Vi to please resolve the matter fairly. @ViCustomerCare @nch1915 @ConsumerVoiceIn
