    @ViCustomerCare I had filed a complaint regarding network speed on July 20th....Today I called customer care to know what action has been taken on that complaint.. I gave the complaint number I had registered earlier and then the officer on the other end cut the call....?

    @ViCustomerCare Your network services is so poor, need to turn on flight mode every minute to get the internet speed, need to call someone to restore the speed of internet, for what service you are charging u.s not even getting voice quality during calls. @TRAI please see this

    @ViCustomerCare even after a recharge, my sim is not activated, i called customer support and they said, it will start working in a few hrs. But it's more than 48hrs, but still I'm not able to call anyone.

    For the past 1 year, I’ve been suffering from poor network, fake promises by customer service, and unauthorized VAS charges without my consent. I never activated any service, yet got charged. This is the worst experience ever. @vodafone @VodafoneIN #fraud #servicecomplain
