Yesterday i decided to shift from jio to vi but this is the worst decision i feel very regret very less speed i am getting the message on WhatsApp taking 20 sec to deliver the message i am student i have to watch the online lectures but so many buffering is there @ViCustomerCare

It's not only about the losses and network, @ViCustomerCare service level and Hunger is also missing. Having booked a number online 2 days ago, haven't yet got a call from the person who is supposed to come. Others are ultrafast and ultra hungry. Vi isn't able to compete

I’ve been a loyal @VodafoneIN postpaid user for 4+ years, but the last 1 year na has been frustrating poor network, slow internet, and fake promises from customer care. When it’s time for bills, 100 calls a day. When there’s a network issue no callback for 72 hours.
