    Yesterday i decided to shift from jio to vi but this is the worst decision i feel very regret very less speed i am getting the message on WhatsApp taking 20 sec to deliver the message i am student i have to watch the online lectures but so many buffering is there @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare My internet connection is like a tortoise now. From the moment I recharged the 398₹ unlimited pack my connection is so bad. Everything is buffering.. All other packs having no problem too. Kindly sort it out or add new towers.

    @ViCustomerCare How do you suggest to visit another store- by taking rajdhani express or flight? If your store is non functional at my city your suggestion is to try another city instead of sending representative to my place or doing documents online. Next level service

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI this is robbery in broad daylight. VI charges me for a safe custody service & sends me a confirmation that the service is active. And then sends me a bill for the month which should have been in custody. And blames us that the service was not activated due to technicalitit

    @Ravi_takk @ViCustomerCare Thanks, I had moved to Airtel from Vodafone when issues started and now was thinking to move back to @ViCustomerCare with 5g in Mumbai launch. I will not at least for now.
