    Yesterday i decided to shift from jio to vi but this is the worst decision i feel very regret very less speed i am getting the message on WhatsApp taking 20 sec to deliver the message i am student i have to watch the online lectures but so many buffering is there @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I received promo SMS, and I complained about that on TRAI DND App. Vi sent me a regn no. for the complaint and within 1 min, closed the complaint saying the SMS was not promotional. 198 helpline not able to help for this. DND Complaint No: 112000006973271

    @ViCustomerCare One of the worst service provider. I wish I could port or completely close my number but unfortunately this is my primary number given in banks and with Aadhar services. I recharged for a year hence no other option then to continue with worst service of Vi.
