    Yesterday i decided to shift from jio to vi but this is the worst decision i feel very regret very less speed i am getting the message on WhatsApp taking 20 sec to deliver the message i am student i have to watch the online lectures but so many buffering is there @ViCustomerCare

    @Airtel_Presence you guys utterly wastedy 4 day and still failed to convert my sim to eSIM, support guys in store or online both don't understand the issue and advise, wasted Rs50 for physical sim replacement for no reason, Im porting out my postpaid to @JioCare @ViCustomerCare
