    In this lockdown period and from last some weeks, Internet facility provided by Vodafone is third class & very poor in Mundra, Gujarat. They need to improve data speed network. They says Vodafone 4G, but runs on 2G speed. Never speed ups from 50 kbps.@VodafoneIN @VodafoneChair

    @ViCustomerCare my number is 9874310160 I am active users since 2008, last 3month I m suffering from bad network signal, too much call drop, now since today morning my internet stopped,customer service,problem will be resolved by 27th ,I can't access my office with out internet.

    @ViCustomerCare I talked to your customer care executive for 15 good minutes, neither did he give any complaint number, not even a time window of when the problem will get resolved nor an instant solution. NOTHING AT ALL. Please know, once my pending work gets done, I am definitely porting.

    @ViCustomerCare Without even opting for any VAS,amount is getting deducted and while I tried to register a complaint your CC executive said company do not take complaints!!! Shocked with this , demanding immediate action on this and resolution. This bad practices need to stop.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India is your 4g service has been discontinued?? Almost 4-5days no 4g service available...no internet.. Pin number 721467 west Medinipur West Bengal..every work has been disrupted..hope will get solution..loses almost 50k..
