    In this lockdown period and from last some weeks, Internet facility provided by Vodafone is third class & very poor in Mundra, Gujarat. They need to improve data speed network. They says Vodafone 4G, but runs on 2G speed. Never speed ups from 50 kbps.@VodafoneIN @VodafoneChair

    @KotakBankLtd could you stop sending messages to open account with you.. everyday I receive 2to 3 messages from you..this is invasion of my privacy, as I had never enquired about the same. Even though DND is active, I am getting messages. @TRAI @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare We have been scammed. We applied porting to Airtel and then received a call. The lady said to complete the porting we need to send a message CANCEL mob no. Later we came to know this message was for cancelling.Highly disappointed with Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to make any calls in spite of having full network, support in the VI app is not helpful at all and calls aren't going to 199/198 as well. Please suggest which should I do? Can I get MNP done @airtelindia first reply wins

    @ViCustomerCare I am having some serious concerns regarding my VI connection.. Neither the SMS works nor the internet works more than 2G. How do you guys even wish to compete in the market. Please assign someone to address the issue asap.
