    In this lockdown period and from last some weeks, Internet facility provided by Vodafone is third class & very poor in Mundra, Gujarat. They need to improve data speed network. They says Vodafone 4G, but runs on 2G speed. Never speed ups from 50 kbps.@VodafoneIN @VodafoneChair

    My dad is 55yo, he has no interest in these nonsense value added services. This SIM is only there for receiving bank SMS. Talked to Mr. Mohit at @ViCustomerCare today, but he is like broken record that money can't be refunded because 24 hrs has passed. #voda #airtel #jio

    @VodafoneIN Rem. 82: Your network is 0.09 Mbps at Balaji Appts Upkar Colony, Delhi-84.Complained repeatedly & got my SIMs recharged several times but it was of no use. Why to recharge these for want of a booster to have the correct network. 9210365089, 8586861991, 8178082002.

    @mangalam99 @ViCustomerCare What I predict Vi, it's beyond that though complaint raised before billing but no revert till due date only assurance that we are working on that on twitter and mail but all of sudden line disconnected without intimate wow.👏👏 Beyond my predictions🤔

    @OhMaraBappa @ViCustomerCare Basic services shouldn't require me to threaten the service provider of taking away my patronage. Also, if I don't port out, then they might not attend to my problems seriously the next time. And if I do port out, what's the guarantee this won't happen elsewhere? :(

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Vodafone idea, we are facing data n network connectivity issues at centre of Bengaluru and I have many complaints regarding it but no solution yet from you either. Vi is not fastest 4G as u boost urself ,pls remove the false assurance.

    And, their @ViCustomerCare is just a bunch of arrogant people who don't have time to listen to their customers, and that's why they will soon shut down their business or will merge with any other telecom player. To PORT my No., I must hv to recharge again.
