    In this lockdown period and from last some weeks, Internet facility provided by Vodafone is third class & very poor in Mundra, Gujarat. They need to improve data speed network. They says Vodafone 4G, but runs on 2G speed. Never speed ups from 50 kbps.@VodafoneIN @VodafoneChair

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Received Call from your team and Found suspicious. He was asking me to download Anydesk and asking to access my mobile, Also ask for do Recharge 10 rs only from DC and CC. And he was very rude, Over the Call.need your help and attention on it.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear team, Having network issues since morning and customer representative could not help with the problem, although my complaint was registered by the executive but i request to look onto the issue on priority. Pls dm, i will share number.

    @ViCustomerCare we were told 15 days later in mail that dues remain unsettled and need to be paid. Despite telling both the customer support and well as the Vi store to look into it, I was told that I would need to make the payment again.Thank God for the GPay receipt to prove our case 2/n
