    In this lockdown period and from last some weeks, Internet facility provided by Vodafone is third class & very poor in Mundra, Gujarat. They need to improve data speed network. They says Vodafone 4G, but runs on 2G speed. Never speed ups from 50 kbps.@VodafoneIN @VodafoneChair

    @ViCustomerCare I just ported from airtel, vi is giving lot of problems, slow internet, incoming calls problem. It says mobile is busy in another call.

    @ViCustomerCare Update: Thanks for reaching out. The issue still persist. I have raised network issue complaint for which I have been asked to wait till 24 Sept. Till then unlimited data for me means 1Gb/day🙃. Hope the issue gets resolved at the earliest @vicus

    @ViCustomerCare No matter which store I visit for any service, there should be uniformity in rules, and the customer's convenience should be given priority. Why is the customer being blamed here for defective policies of the company and lack of executives' knowledge

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Sameer, Thank you for trying to get this resolved, but i would again say the same thing. This will not get resolved, due to pathetic service by Vi. Also, we tried connecting a lot of times because of poor network of Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare I’m in the USA & sent my Vi SIM with my mother to India for OTPs. It now shows “No Network.” Vi store in Patna couldn’t help. I’m paying bills but can’t use the SIM, blocking transactions. Please advise steps to restore/reactivate urgently!
