    In this lockdown period and from last some weeks, Internet facility provided by Vodafone is third class & very poor in Mundra, Gujarat. They need to improve data speed network. They says Vodafone 4G, but runs on 2G speed. Never speed ups from 50 kbps.@VodafoneIN @VodafoneChair

    @ViCustomerCare would like to port my Jio number to Vodafone. @JioCare have no concern for their customers. Waiting for a reply since 2hrs & nothing. Atleast ppl at @vodafone pick up the calls. Pathetic customer service by Jio, disappointed beyond measure.

    Can you please explain why vodafone is not having signal from last 12 hrs. in my area(pin- 852131) , I checked with multiple people no one is getting network. I missed lots of imp. calls. @vodafone @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare When I am using iPhone all of a sudden your signal will go from 4G to E...So as per your network team comments switched to android now. Volte is not working . Even on android also network turns to E. Horrible situation right. Now shall I switch to Microsoft?

    @ViCustomerCare yesterday at 2:42 pm my friend Rupam sarma(Assam, Nalbari Dist.) calling to customer care service for his some network issues. But the boy who pick up the call using slang words and misbehaving him. He told his name Amulya chutiya.Please look through this matter

    @ViCustomerCare Your telecom services is getting bad to worst...... Quality always doesn't matter.........Your telecom services is offering us great combos but in quality it's really poorest......I humbly request you to improve your quality of network coverage also.
