    In this lockdown period and from last some weeks, Internet facility provided by Vodafone is third class & very poor in Mundra, Gujarat. They need to improve data speed network. They says Vodafone 4G, but runs on 2G speed. Never speed ups from 50 kbps.@VodafoneIN @VodafoneChair

    @ViCustomerCare I recently had a very bad experience with your service. My plan was changed without my permission, and I was charged almost double the bill amount. The agent also failed to provide a proper explanation regarding this issue. Kindly look into this matter seriously

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea is a complete fraud. You didn't solve my network issues and now harassing me for making postpaid bill payments for services that I have not even used. I have thrown your SIM card to the place it belongs- the GUTTER! Stop expecting any payment from me.

    @ViCustomerCare i stopped my paygo service on 5 may, but still added ₹260 data charges+ ₹100 penalty extra GST amount. May i why are doing this and also the customer care team doesn't give a proper answer related to this. waive off charge and generate the new bill accordingly

    @ViCustomerCare I'm still not convinced with the resolution provided. There is clearly an option to opt for eSIM, but every time I connect with your team, I'm getting a different theory and contradictory information instead of an actual solution. @ViCustomerCare
