    @Geeta_Basra @VodafoneIN I have never experienced 4G speed in my area. Sometimes it goes out of network. So taken 2nd SIM of @reliancejio and same is providing proper 4G internet at same place.

    @VodafoneIN Yes, getting information from your representatives for long that issue will resolve within 5 days, but no development yet. Pls share exact timeline to resolve or clearly say that you don't have capability to resolve connectivity issue.

    @ViCustomerCare This is the 10th day since the vodafone service is down for us. Cannot login to bank accounts, file income tax returns, do anything where an OTP is required. Do you not understand the importance urgency of having their networks working in today's day and age?
