    @ViCustomerCare Following up for one Simcard with so-called largest Mobile service provider for last 3 days for the customer who is with them for 20 years. Really doubting your efforts for good customer service #adityabirla @AdityaBirlaGrp @ananya_birla #VodafoneIdea. Horrible

    @ViCustomerCare Rohan Kritika society Sihagad road Pune already signal tooo weak worse upon that today absolutely no network. What should we call such services. Yesterday morning Sukhsagar Nagar Katraj no network. Should I report such services to TRAI....?????

    @ViCustomerCare As the spoken with them they told that we will provide router but when the came to fix connection they said you have to buy it as the router we don't have in the stock why should then i take connection from you

    @ViCustomerCare My phone number has stopped working out of no where. I have been in talk with your customer care support over calls, on twitter, on App and also went to the VI store but no solution so far.

    Looks like @Airtel_Presence is absent too. Already suffering because of @ViCustomerCare calling network on the other SIM so can't knock their door for the 2nd SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp 1) i got a call from 9836012345 I was having lunch I requested to call in 20 mnts it’s 2 hr now no calls … Birla Baba ki jai this is Vi service 2) stop all this nonsense sms download this n that check bill , offer .. it’s a headache …shame Birla

    @ViCustomerCare It's been more than a week am not getting network at my place. Since one week am struggling to get network. Raised complaint to customer care ,still no response. No wonder why company is following. All of sudden how can network is found struggling.Pathetic ever..

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp does trai has any rule to punish Vi for such disgusting service and fraud Vi’s fault and we Customer suffer they don’t and cannot improve their service and put us in trouble and loot from us by pushing to new tariffs deliberately

    Ajeeb Dastan Hai Yeh You can not call 🤙 to a #bsnl number from #vodafoneidea sim In 2023 📱. It simply say number invalid. @BSNL_UKD say the problem @ViCustomerCare and vice versa. @DoT_India #bsnlvi

    Shifted from @airtelindia to @ViCustomerCare and than to @JioCare but the network issue and the internet issues remain the same. The services are so pathetic. Just tierd with these private service providers. Never their customer resolves issues, only copy paste replies #trai

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, My SIM has become active after Porting, but I am not receiving any OTPs or incoming verification messages. Also, it is showing “No Recharge” even though the retailer already completed the MNP process. Please check and resolve this issue ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare It’s been 3+ days since I booked a VI SIM home delivery (16 May) and there is still no update or delivery. No response from home delivery support, and 198 is just redirecting without resolution. This is unacceptable service.

    Man, I cannot stress how every single thing in this India trip, from UPI to passport to Zomato to @ViCustomerCare to @HDFC_Bank has been a never-ending series of bureaucratic headaches. It is true that people in this country spend half their lives just fighting the system.

    @ViCustomerCare Ported my SIM to V! on Saturday, Order: DCHD 16052631215 and also completed a 84-day recharge based on the assurance that SIM delivery would happen the same day. Till now, there is no response from V! side. I have called customer care (8141018180) three times,1/3

    @airtelindia : your services sucks.. I am fed up with your prepaid services. Looking for an alternate now.. @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare . Airtel has been looting me for weeks and there is no way to connect a human agent. IVR doesn't solve all issues.
