My outgoing sms issue is still unresolved after 4 months of reporting. SIM Card is changed aa advised, still no luck. Hope rebranding will come up with better service.

So much so that your own customer care number couldn't be reached by a Vodafone number but gets connected by some other service provider. Hopeless.
