@DoT_India i am on unlimited plan for calls and more than sufficient data bundled with unlimited pack, hence, never checked balance !! Today found out Rs 10 are deducted for which sms is also not received (1/2) @VodafoneIN

@VodafoneIN First work on customer issue rather pulling new promotions. What is the use of vodaone play without strong network. In 2020 you are serving 2g speed. I always have to relay on wifi.

Companies like @VodafoneIN @VodaIdea_NEWS @Idea @VodafoneIdeaBiz are taking undue advantage of customer by charging them full amount of bill plan and providing service for only 5-7days a month!! The best part is there’s no one to even penalise them for extorting customers !

Worst network in Kolkata. After several complaints no action was taken. 6 days se network problem hai. But there's no solution Representative was agreed that there's huge network prob and they will install something (idk) to ensure gd network. Bt ntg installed. @ViCustomerCare
