  @ViCustomerCare Got a call from ur side. I told ur representative that I am facing the same issue since 20days. She said ur recharge has expired. Try recharge once and then update. I have recharged my number also. still facing the same issue. I guess it's not recharge issue. Kindly check again

  @ViCustomerCare You guys say the same thing every time and always we have to face the same thing after 4g recharge. You have to lose your precious customer now because you people are don’t know the value of customer.

  Despite of multiple complaints in last 12 days @ViCustomerCare has not resolved network issue. 4G is just not there, E with 5 bar is "Out of coverage area". Unable to make/receive call. Poor voice quality. Continues network fluctuations. @DoT_India @TRAI
