    @ViCustomerCare I have been a customer for 24 yrs. I have to say unequivocally that Vi is the worst network currently in Mumbai. The call drops, inability to connect, shutoff mid-call..absolutely pathetic. You should shut down so that your customers can port to other companies.

    @ViCustomerCare Yes, you should look into it. If a person facing issue during outstation / travel but you're not responsible then why he / she should pay for that duration ??? While he / she didn't use your services for same time...

    @ViCustomerCare When I did lot of complaint about internet speed issue and signal issue, bt no one resolved and asking to convert into postpaid service, why VI forcing user to convert prepaid to postpaid. Now I have decided to port on other telecom service provider, I think this helps the me.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI From 1 year I am complaining on network issue very time I use to request to port then immediately I gets call from backend and says will send person to resolve the issue and says discount will provide on bill still now nothing happened. Pls resolve my issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Hii what kind of service you are providing i can’t understand, i have ported my number from airtel to vodafone around 6months ago, my balance is deducted automatically for unknown reasons like VAS, incoming call charge which i never use that VAS is charged to me
