@ViCustomerCare Need your help in my billing. Eversince I upgraded to family plan in April, my bill payment to Vi through Autopay seemingly going to black hole as status is showing overdue and unpaid with threat to deactivate. I never allow any of my bills to go overdue. Urgent!

@ViCustomerCare why the heck are you calling me to remind me to pay my post paid bill that is due 8th July? It’s a POST PAID number, discontinue service for non payment. STOP CALLING PEOPLE BEFORE THE DUE DATE!! And no, do not ask me to DM details, just change what you do!
