    @ViCustomerCare I am using @ViCustomerCare since 2012 and happy with that, Only issue with 5G service not available till now!

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has a very bad service for SIM delivery. They do not deliver the SIM on time. If you call them, they say that they will get it delivered or they will get it delivered but they do not get anything done.

    @ViCustomerCare Network nhi hai sir mere area me Aapka Sim card last 10 year c use kar rha hu But Network problem bhut jyada hai Solve nhi keya abi tak bhut baar costumer care me report keya Please solve it 🙏🏻

    Hello @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Very frustrated with Vi network issues for the last 1 year! Every time I complain, the ticket gets closed automatically without resolution,the last complaint was on 30th June that case was closed too without fixing the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare You should change your name back to Idea it's better name and also @vodafone is not contributing anything fo the joint venture so they should leave. Also please improve your network more specially 4G.
