@ViCustomerCare Despite persistent network issues across all 5 numbers, no bill waiver has not been processed as on date. You aren't supposed to charge bills if your network issues remain unresolved. @TRAI please note.

I have done the recharge of Hotstar subscription but i unable to see the IPL live telecast on @hotstar_helps. @ViCustomerCare kindly check to this issue and do the needful.
