@ViCustomerCare No one responds when the customer actually needs help. I cancelled 2 numbers and converted it to 1 number yesterday. And i am still not able to activate it. You must have started the billing cycle. White collared thieves.. can someone help???? I'm looking to port.

@ViCustomerCare Worst plans they can't even deliver sim money already collected but sim card is not available i paid 5500 for choice number but they did not deliver the sim nor any of the higher authority is interested to look for it

@ViCustomerCare From last 2 days internet is not working properly in my phone. Internet is on off automatically. Also lodged a complaint on 198 yesterday. They have asked to wait till 17th Jan. Now what about me who will not able to use internet from these 5 days? (1/2)
