    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia first time ever i have seen such a terrible customer service team asking to call your dad to store to do a migration of postpaid to prepaid. Since last few days i am so frustrated with your company you can't even imagine.

    @ViCustomerCare this company only knows how to avoid consumer grievances by not replying them and leaving their issues unresolved, inspite of asking them to activate my Volte service, still no response from their team, see guys, this is the reason they are still behind others.
