    @ViCustomerCare DEL-V00917175661 this is my complain number regarding issue faced by me while using volte services. When contacted customer care they told me that volte service is not available in my area. Is it true?2nd biggest city of bihar not have this service. I am puzzled

    @ViCustomerCare Again, Can't access high speed internet in our area. Speed like 2g. __ 20kb/second Please fix this... I already complaint vodafone team through vi apps... Your poor quality service

    @VodafoneIN I'm going to port my sim today to @airtelindia or @reliancejio After calling 3 times to Customer care support still my network issue is not resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare Is Vi close the company ? If No, Then y all the time electricity gone and network gone always. There are no network when electricity gone. Last 20days getting problem in my town, Idea n/w also not available. Kindly look the matter, if plan to close we port it.

    @ViCustomerCare My number has been stopped due to re-KYC not done, but now I’m being forced to migrate to postpaid just for field verification. So prepaid users are not valued customers? Using Vi since 2013, now no service for 24+ hours despite payment. This is unfair.

    @ViCustomerCare Im the one using this SIM and paying for all recharges, so why can’t you verify it with my documents? I don’t even know the original owner or whether he is still alive. nowWhat is the logic in asking for someone else’s documents in this situation? Please resolve this issue urgent
