There are no network when electricity gone. Last 20days getting problem in my town, Idea n/w also not available. Kindly look the matter, if plan to close we port it.

I need to take a flight worth 12K to go to Pune to do my KYC in the nearest Vi store and pay Rs.50 for number reactivation. I'm in Chennai right now. Most absurd policy and process.

If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.
