    @ViCustomerCare Is Vi close the company ? If No, Then y all the time electricity gone and network gone always. There are no network when electricity gone. Last 20days getting problem in my town, Idea n/w also not available. Kindly look the matter, if plan to close we port it.

    @amanqazi @ViCustomerCare I had the same issue. Store staff doesn’t help. Customer support takes forever. Vi needs to take their customers seriously.

    @ViCustomerCare need urgent help, none of the vodafone idea connections are working in our building. No one can hear any voice if a call is coming. It is common for all the connections. We've tried calling the customer care but as no voice can be heard we can't reach you

    @ViCustomerCare I using your mobile number 7874383509 from more years. But last two days not working this number. When visit your gallery. He ask me for new different number and this number permanently close due to aadhar card not updated. What this? Bed service. I close my all VI number asap

    @ViCustomerCare I registered a complaint regarding bills generated on my suspended mobile number. I was to get a call back from a senior desk in 24hr. Had called again today morning. They said I’ll get a call in an hour. Still awaiting a call.
