    @ViCustomerCare Is Vi close the company ? If No, Then y all the time electricity gone and network gone always. There are no network when electricity gone. Last 20days getting problem in my town, Idea n/w also not available. Kindly look the matter, if plan to close we port it.

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi prepaid SIM on iPhone 11 hotspot connects to my Windows laptop but shows "No Internet." Works fine on other handsets, and iPhone works with other SIMs. Called 199, no help. Please resolve urgently or I’ll consider MNP.

    After porting to VI, if network shows but calls fail, try these steps: 1. Restart your phone. 2. Remove and reinsert the SIM. 3. Test in another handset. 4. Manually select VI network in settings. If unresolved, DM @ViCustomerCare with your number and details for assistance.

    @ShivAroor Kashmir - there only Airtel, BSNL and Jio work. @ViCustomerCare is not there in many areas. My friend had one of these with better connectivity and we hence had connectivity. Else would have been an issue being stuck without network in many areas.

    SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE SINCE LAST FEW MONTHS FROM @ViCustomerCare I AM BARELY EVEN ABLE TO SURF THE INTERNET... LEAVE STREAMING, A WEBSITE BARELY EVEN LOADS!! I GUESS IT'S TIME FOR ME TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER NETWORK PROVIDER.. NO SOLUTIONS DESPITE OF COMPLAINING ABOUT 100 TIMES!
