    @ViCustomerCare The concern is tht my request for churn/ discontinuation has not been processed since 2nd May despite multiple calls. There are no outstanding dues, yet the request has not been processed for reasons known only to your customer care as reasons keep changing with every call.

    @ViCustomerCare and don't even get me started on call drop rate. Publish the drop rate data and show the world how much amazing service you have. Never been this frustrated about something like mobile network, you ruined my mental peace.

    @ViCustomerCare Every time the packs validity going to expire your network stops working good. I face call drops, low speed even I have 1gb data left. I think this is your strategy so the user recharge his pack in advance. I have 6 days left at my unlimited pack bt unable to use

    @ViCustomerCare I am habitual of such replies. DM means no service, only a simple request to come in private so that the mass should't come to know the problem and should remain in confusion

    @ViCustomerCare it's been 3 days I am unable to use my internet it's slow can't even open vi's app n while calling there are times I have to redail multiple time. N due to that I went to a vi store to transfer to prepaid n ur stores are no help either.

    @ViCustomerCare (2/2) There is no range problem in our area as my own roomate is using VI sim and it's doing great on his device. I hope you will look into matter and resolve it so that I won't regret getting my sim ported to VI service provider.
