    @VodafoneIN from last one week there is lots of issue in the network. Automatically converting 2G while using 4G & 4G speed also not more than 100KB. Sometime Data connection automatically disconnecting. Disturbing lots to do work pls resolve the issue ASAP

    I never thought to switch my @ViCustomerCare to @JioCare but painfully due to bad networks and bad service i did it. Being a good customer of Vodafone kindly take necessary changes so that I can come on my previous network operator. #Jio #Vodafoneidea #NetworkIssue

    Pathetic service from @ViCustomerCare. Been more than two weeks and there has been no call to verify sim card as per process. Now sim card is suspended/deactivated. And when I visit the outlet, folks are saying that we need to pick up a verification call, which we never received.

    @ViCustomerCare , @akshayamoondra highly unprofessional we have paid our bill since a week , still bill payment does not update inspite of mutliple follow ups and emails sent, numbers getting disconnected, will port all the numbers , rubbish service, extremley disappointe

    @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare Sir, thank you but its been a long since Sept 2022 and just going on..no one is resolving it...its my money and its has been taken for nothing , no service was provided for calling frm Netherlands to India

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare I have changed my postpaid Vi to Jio prepaid in October 1st, after 1 month that Jio and Vi customer care said i have to pay my bill to use my Jio sim but I have paid that bill but my Jio sim not yet activated yet.
