@VodafoneIN from last one week there is lots of issue in the network. Automatically converting 2G while using 4G & 4G speed also not more than 100KB. Sometime Data connection automatically disconnecting. Disturbing lots to do work pls resolve the issue ASAP

Why am I asked to pay my outstanding amount to avoid service deactivation (when trying to call) even if I’m a prepaid user for almost a year and I’m using a ₹249/mo plan currently? @ViCustomerCare Please look into this.
