    @VodafoneIN from last one week there is lots of issue in the network. Automatically converting 2G while using 4G & 4G speed also not more than 100KB. Sometime Data connection automatically disconnecting. Disturbing lots to do work pls resolve the issue ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to do outgoing calls from past 6 days. I have registered the complaint 5 days ago. My problem is not solved yet. Solve this problem by tomorrow or I will change into some other service. Your customer care team doesn't know how to talk.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi! Our Network engineers worked hard to resolve your complaint no. 3-120675543370, but haven't been able to do so. Whenever I raised port request, support team give false assurance to fix issue and then get this resolution. Paying for poor service

    Dear Respected officials of @DoT_India @TRAI,i beg to state U that @ViCustomerCare provide worst network service in our locality West Pratapgarh locality,799003, Agartala (Tripura).Even after complaint they didn't take any steps. please take necessary steps regarding this matter.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello sir I am vi user Today sunddenly i am not getting network in my number Please check and help me I am unable to call customer care as well because of no network .. Please help me as soon as.
