    @VodafoneIN from last one week there is lots of issue in the network. Automatically converting 2G while using 4G & 4G speed also not more than 100KB. Sometime Data connection automatically disconnecting. Disturbing lots to do work pls resolve the issue ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare Most inconsistent network I have ever seen. networks goes off randomly. The issue is not resolved yet and no work has been done other than chats and calls and normal troubleshooting instructions. You guys are not serious about this. speed is fast but network issue

    @ViCustomerCare it's an absolute sorry state with the call center with no one trying to find a solution. A customer maybe in distress but executives do not care. They are indignant & unempathetic. #Vivek was not wanting to listen or problem solve but only wanted what he wanted

    I had been to the @ViCustomerCare center to try and get outgoing services reactivated. The angle of the rep's screen was such that I could see my own details. In red, there was a ticker that said, 'Social Media High Influencer. Handle With Care.' And yet, my issue persists!
