    @VodafoneIN from last one week there is lots of issue in the network. Automatically converting 2G while using 4G & 4G speed also not more than 100KB. Sometime Data connection automatically disconnecting. Disturbing lots to do work pls resolve the issue ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare Poor Network Coverage Issue Hello Vi Team I am facing severe network issues with my Vi connection for the past 2-3 days. There are frequent call drops and the internet speed is extremely slow in my area. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

    @ViCustomerCare shameless thieves. You instantly pocketed my recharge money after 6 months but gave me a DEAD network. No signal at all. Forcing customers to physically visit a store for your backend incompetence is a literal scam. Absolute trash tier telecom. #ViIndia

    From last night until now, I still haven’t been able to use my internet. After calling your customer care, there was no option to talk to a customer representative. How are people supposed to file complaints if they can’t even use the internet? @ViCustomerCare
