    @VodafoneIN from last one week there is lots of issue in the network. Automatically converting 2G while using 4G & 4G speed also not more than 100KB. Sometime Data connection automatically disconnecting. Disturbing lots to do work pls resolve the issue ASAP

    @consumercourtin @ViCustomerCare I am not satisfied with VI package. Because they provide very bad SMS system. I can't send SMS with my normal package. They are said you must recharge with 128 or above, after that you send SMS. I want justice.

    @ViCustomerCare Precisely the reason you could not get through the call was I am facing worst signals conditions since my porting to Voda.

    @ViCustomerCare I got a call 10 mins back from +919339527228 who claimed to be a Vodafone person. He asked me about my issue and when I told him that others had called today as well, he just hung up I am shocked!!

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service. Unable to browse net for last 6 days. BHR-V00529535134 registered complaint but got resolved message without the solution of the problem. No network of vi in my area of last 6 days. Your customer service is worst .
