    @VodafoneIN from last one week there is lots of issue in the network. Automatically converting 2G while using 4G & 4G speed also not more than 100KB. Sometime Data connection automatically disconnecting. Disturbing lots to do work pls resolve the issue ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare i have put request to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid. After sending massage also there is no reply. It's a worst experience, since past 8 years I'm using postpaid, @TRAI converting number from postpaid to prepaid is crime in India?

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare customer poc spoke to me for an hour explaining how processes are completed and asked me to wait till 21st Nov 4pm. He read all the guidelines and spoke to me in some tone! Guess what? I had to call Jio customer care at 11:30pm to beg and this resolved! Still waiting 🫣

    @ViCustomerCare I have to purchase broadband plan because of your worst services. Even rollover or night unlimited data is useless, still you are not able to provide truly 4G speed and solutions against complain. Please don't reply me to message in DM. You are just waiting my time.

    @ViCustomerCare every month bill should be generated but issues are didn't resolved, what it had mean that?Many times raise the issue & give the complainants against the call dropping & data issues....but didn't done any action..
