@ViCustomerCare very poor services making fool of people, converted no to postpaid, already paid 1 year bill, earlier told me they will adjust all money but later ask to pay only 1000Rs i ll will recommend everyone not use vodafone

@ViCustomerCare Please do not wait.. No trust in VI all because of one particular executive. No compromise on ethics. How dare you trick your customer even when I am questioning my concern clearly. It will add my effort in revisiting other service centers, but it's ok.

@ViCustomerCare Oh my god, am struggling past 3 days fix my SIM card issue ..not sure how you guys are handling multiple customers..whenever I call to customer care remove ad re insert but my prob not solved .if we ask many questions not answering just keeping receiver away ..

There is this nuisance from @ViCustomerCare everyday .. recently ported out of vi and now Everyday they call from different numbers for porting back to vi with some stupid schemes and wasting time Total unprofessional service!!!! @DoT_India
