@ViCustomerCare I activated roaming on my phone on 16 and still waiting for my Ospree duty free voucher. The offer says the voucher is sent in 48hrs. I am waiting for 120hrs now and still no voucher. Customer care sayd send an email. Email team says voucher will be sent in 48hrs.

@snehaloff @TanaysinghT @ViCustomerCare Once upon a time Vi used to have exceptional LATENCY/PING. Currently Vi has the worst latency among Class A ISP pan India. It is just trying to survive.
