    @ViCustomerCare Just make note of my issues but never try to solve them and after 2 days send messages again the required parameters are not available in my area so I have to adjust with it. What a joke??? No proper solution for last 10 months gone by?

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp I have a VI sim but i am not able to use it properly data call both things not work. paying the bill on time Rs 700 rupees every month huge amount but still not getting good service. Also compliant several times to customer care but they don't care

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Pragati maidan and nearest all over area net is slow after Lunching of 5G. I don't know , we are facing the problem. Not a call connect in one time dial. Many times dial then connect. Most as supreme court and pragati maidan nearest area and heavy problem facing.

    @ViCustomerCare hi, I have requested to port my Sim from Chennai to mumbai as I relocated, I was given a sim that needs to be inserted when network of my old sim stops working. I did that however my new sim also is not working..kindly help
