@ViCustomerCare Such a terrible internet speed ,been fed up of this low speed data ,here at surendranagar ,gujarat . Despite good enough network speed is as low as 10kbps indoor as well as outdoors Since almost last 4 days this irritates me and i regret using vi.

@ViCustomerCare Either technical team is lying or else support team. on 7th Feb support team told me on the call that they escalate this issue but don't know why they keep on closing the SR and extending the date. Ilis this the way to handle high priority issue

Hii @ViCustomerCare i recently recharged my mobile number 8929080707 with 666 in which i should get 84 days validity but i got only 77 days validity. Kindly refund my money or increase my service validity.
