@ViCustomerCare Every month you are charging some unreasonable amount in bill. This time you charge Rs.25 for VAS. Earlier also you removed and took a complaint for this. Please remove these charges as I donot subscribe to any such service. Please do and advise. Thanks

@ViCustomerCare I have an complaint regards late payment charges. In Feb 2022 payment done from our side on 10 Feb 2022 but its not update by your team and its updated on 14 March so got invoice with 100rs late payment charges and in next month 50rs late payment charges.

@ViCustomerCare I messaged you twice about the issue I’m facing and you give me a template response. My iPad is showing VI E rather than 4 G. No wonder you guys are making losses.
