@ViCustomerCare What a fantastic support. Unable to fix a simple port sms error for a week and informing that problem will be solved in 2h, increased to 6h, and then 24 h, and now i understood that ur customer care support is nonsense. U r just passing the time

@ViCustomerCare vi is most advanced bad network provider then the bsnl . vi even 2g Or 3g also not coming. Biggest mistake never ever go with vi in mumbai.

@ViCustomerCare Seriously u giys suck.I mean have some shame. This is 3rd day in a row n no network, are you trying to send me to stone age ? Thanks to @airtelindia tat their wifi is a lifesaver with super network. U guys need foreign fund to save urself as u have a very poor team. Keep begging.

@ViCustomerCare Team, i don’t want to port back to Vi. Instead i have raised a request to port my another Vi number to a different service provider. There is no action from your end on that!!!!

@ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare @vodafonecom Vodafone Idea is landed to cheat customer on various ways. VI apps is showing to give 150 GB extra data for online purchase of sim. But in actual they are not providing and showing various argument. Worst customer service.

@ViCustomerCare not even care to resolve it. First day experience with vi is worst. Go with airtel Or jio at least you will get 4g network. @ViCustomerCare even not able to provide network in phone. Forgot about 4g Or volte service.
