@ViCustomerCare The most pathetic customer service experience from Vi.Since last six months I have Complained a number of times regarding no internet functioning on my Postpaid No. Every time got fixed reply “temporary issue will resolve soon” but no resolution I get yet.

My recharge pack is 501 per month. They provide 3 GB per day. Till 2 GB speed is fine. No issue. But after usage of 2 GB they slow down internet speed and internet work as 2G. Clearly they maniuplate internet speed. Please @TRAI take action against these company @ViCustomerCare.
