@VodafoneIN just port from Jio to Vodafone. After portability activation came to know that there is a worst network signal. No Internet connectivity. Very poor signal. My bad decision to port to Vodafone. This is not expected from Vodafone. Dissatisfied. Hope u will help.😟😕🙁

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI my vi no is 9890021527. In my area,pin code 401503,Chinchani,Baneaali, land mark Chinchani beach, Internet services are worst,it’s always 3G signals very rarely 4G signals comes,Internet doesn’t work only.Trying to complain on Vi app but app is not allowing.

@vodafone @ViCustomerCare Why does your company apply cheap tricks of deducting balance from account? When a number is having full DND and no VAS subscription, your team deduct balance in name of video or some stupid VAS. This is very poor ethical standards.

2/2 She has received 3-4 calls since morning. The lady on the other side is talking in a threatening language. Really annoyed with these calls and messages. Request @ViCustomerCare to fix this or we are disconnecting and moving to another service provider.
