    Wanted to PORT from @ViCustomerCare to @JioCare. VIis such scam that they called saying to be representative of Jio and asked to send CANCEL to 1900 claiming doing so will migrate to Jio in 12hrs. No wonder why VI sucks #vodafone #trai #jio

    @ViCustomerCare Dear team, I visited my mapped vi store to update kyc nallasopara west,mumbai, Maharashtra. I was told to convert my prepaid into postpaid just to update kyc which will chrge 551 rs. Very poor service fooling customer, connect me

    @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare Vi clearly values its prepaid customers, while you’re ignoring postpaid users completely. This is beyond frustrating. No proper 5G either, no support. What exactly are we paying for? Scamsters!

    @ViCustomerCare The issue has been resolved by the customer support team, thank you vi customer care. I got the refund of the extra amount. It was resolved by Ravi Kumar, he was seriously very supportive and polite.

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare Finally porting out from Vi. Was a Loyal customer since 2011-12. I placed Port requests three times but due to personal issues process wasn’t complete. They offered me data but there was no single call from Vi asking why are you even porting.

    @ViCustomerCare Disappointed! Recharged ₹579 for Unlimited 5G, but my daily data got exhausted despite being in a 5G zone (Metiabruz). Why am I not getting the unlimited 5G benefit as promised? Please fix this. #Vi5G #Vodafoneldea
