    @ViCustomerCare Very very poor service, zero network at pin code 799101 and unable to even generate UPC to port the number. Customer care person is also very rude and unsupportive.

    I, ordered a Vi eSIM yesterday paid ₹365, activated my sim as well still I was unable to make or receive calls. Thought this may be resolved by the morning. This morning I see that there is no network in my device. Called @ViCustomerCare didn't receive any satisfactory (1/2)

    @DKaushik07 @ViCustomerCare 6 store visits and calls with no resolution is exactly why businesses need AI support agents that actually work — instant answers, ticket tracking, and human escalation when needed. Sorry you're dealing with this, hope it gets sorted.

    @ViCustomerCare Is it a bit which is replying? I just wrote tat its a chance for Vodafone to become relevant again and u guys r saying u will solve my problem. I m not ur customer yet due to pathetic service u provide now m just saying up ur game n become relevant

    One of the worst services from Vodafone idea. Pathetic network. Doesn't work 90% of the times. Yesterday I requested for porting and now I am troubled by calls. @ViCustomerCare
