    @ViBusinessIndia bad customer care service experience @ViCustomerCare not getting internet speed and calling since 19 may 2021, we have Vi tower in our nearest village, but not getting coverage, upgrading network for 50 days but not get resolution, please do something..

    @ViCustomerCare Very bad service. I appeal people do not buy V! Number. Vi people has no solution to customers problem. Customer care service very bad. Every time then said please wait. @DoT_India please take action on V! as they are not following quality service norms.

    But there we are getting this kind of **** services those have already noticed by you and you don't bother and no actions were taken against retailers. Then what about customers? Every single month you guys change the plans, features and etc. @ViCustomerCare

    Dear Vi, Why we need to pay ₹150 to the retailers for upgrading our old Vodafone and Idea SIM to new Vi 4G SIM? I got a confirmation that there is no charges for upgrading and switching pre paid to post paid and wise versa from your customer care team. @ViCustomerCare

    If consumer ask you question you blame TRAI. If we reach TRAI they blame network providers. Great double gamers. Give what consumers really expect and required. Not for your market growth. @ViCustomerCare

    (1/2)Bad network and customer service experience @ViCustomerCare, I've facing network issue since 19 may 2021, still can't get resolution of this problem, whenever i call @ViCustomerCare they told me that we are upgrading our system, passed 50 day but not get good service 😡
