    @ViCustomerCare It’s not only the network but nothing is good in VI, from postpaid plans to customer care services , everything is worst . Check my emails and messages and chat history you will come to know about my frustration

    @ViCustomerCare I am desperate to change my network other than Airtel Jio the only option is Vi but these guys do not have network no proper 5G network. This is a big opportunity @ViCustomerCare just improve network and millions of customers will fly towards you

    @ViCustomerCare First of all make your hellotune services free... Because All other network operator are giving it free. While u are charging your customers.

    @ViCustomerCare Advertising with SRK is senseless.. when network is not stable like airtel.. i dont know how much you pay for SRK but with that money you can seriously fix atleast my area signal strength problem..

    @ViCustomerCare I just wanted to share my advise, those funds could have been used on your network to provide good network service to existing customers. When existing customers share the good feedback of your network, that's what get you more customers. Not a fandom of SRK
