My plan validity ending june 5th . If u don't fix this problem before 5th june i will port out.dont think only me.about 6 active connection from vi portout bcoz of this problem !! One already ported. Here is no range and speed then why here @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare You guys aren't even letting your 10 year old VALUED CUSTOMER stay at home in peace. Asking to run to your store multiple times in Complete Lockdown. My prepaid Sim stopped working a month ago and still it isnt working. Dissconnected from everyone in this Pandemic. Fed Up!!

@ViCustomerCare Hi team, since yesterday, my incoming calls n msgs are barred though am able to browse net. I had called ur customer care today morning at9.45am and registered complaint. I was told that my incoming will be resumed within two hours but till now its same. Plz help.
