    @ViCustomerCare No signal in phone since tonight. I visited store,they told to exchange sim, In processing Otp mail error. They said to come after 2hrs.. Phone is dead since tonight.Very Pathetic service. Surely Quit Vodafone services.

    Anyone who’s planning to use the international roaming packs of Vodafone, please stay away. The worst service you will ever get. Bad network, no data, and their @ViCustomerCare executives know only to read out from a manual. Resort to the good old way of buying a local SIM card.

    @ViCustomerCare Having business account, VI Started chat in personal chat, no proper response since then, Never do personal chat with them, From Saturday our two sim are closed, but no response from VI. Bhai jaldi inka jhola pack karo.

    @ViCustomerCare worst experience at Karolbagh Metro store. My wife waited for more than 30 mins for a simple request but no one from staff cared and she had to walk out from the store. No wonder why people are porting and now she will also port. #vi #worst #MNP

    3. Don’t expect @ViCustomerCare to help if you’re travelling and don’t have address proof on you because who doesn’t carry their address proof on domestic travel.
