@JioCare I've given you'll 5 days worth of opportunities to resolve this but you'll have disappointed! I'll have no choice but to port if not resolved by tomorrow as it's majorly affecting my WFH situation! Can't sit around at cafe's all day! Maybe @airtelindia / @ViCustomerCare can help?

@ViCustomerCare am unable to send messages. I keep getting an error 38. I complained through vi app but no luck. Customer executive at 198 said hi and then went mute after waiting for 10 mins.
