@ViCustomerCare eSIM not available on prepaid but its available on postpaid is one of the primary reason you are losing customers. Sincerely one of your loyal customer who is switching to Jio/Airtel for eSIM functionality

I port a number from airtel to vodafone which was a very old number but vodafone ended the network only after recharging data is not running even though full. @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS
